When I filled out the application I was a little unsure how this was going to pan out. I just had a recent divorce, my credit was not desirable and I just started my new position. I received a call from my sales representative, named Paul. As transparent as I was, he insisted I come in and he'd get me in a vehicle. No lie, I wasn't even there over an hour and he secured a new car for me. The way the cater to me and made things happen felt awesome. They were 100% on my side. I never had that type of experience before!

Rick Roush Honda review
I just had the best experience with your service department at Rick Roush Honda in Medina Ohio. The young man’s name is Dan Weinmann and he couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. It was a simple fix so I wasn’t even charged. I have brought my 2006 Honda Accord and they have serviced my car several times. I highly recommend this business when looking for a car (we love Hondas!) or for any service needs. My husband used to be able to work on all of cars but isn’t able to anymore. I’m so thankful to have a good, reliable and honest place to take our Hondas. This business is an awesome place for our wonderful community! Thank you again for Dan Weinmann and all the great people a this dealership. I’m a customer for life!!

Classic Honda is great to work with. We just completed our fourth lease with them and are completely satisfied as we have been in the past. Our sales rep, Charlie G, was helpful as he has always been and the process was seamless and complete.

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. Thanks again Todd for a great experience at Don Sitts Deaiership. Tom S.

Classic Honda - OH review
If you want a dealership that actually listens, go see Robby and Mike Z. at Classic Honda. I was looking for a highly specific 2026 Passport TrailSport Elite (Ash Green with brown interior). Other dealerships gave me the runaround or told me it couldn't be done, trying to push me into inventory they had on hand. Classic did the actual legwork to locate exactly what I wanted. Even the finance department was completely painless (really!). They have earned a customer for life.

Lambert Buick GMC review
I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I've purchased all of my Buicks from Lambert since 2001. There is no better dealership or service department. Thanks Mr. Lambert and staff.
2024 Honda CR-V review
My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Honda CR-V! Michael was an excellent salesman-friendly, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Dustin, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was serviced and completely ready for me to drive off with. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the entire experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely be doing business with them in the future!!

Jay Honda review
My wife and I have had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past but our experience at Jay Honda was incredible. Not only did Tony Spitalieri and Rober Logan exceed our expectations but the rest of the Jay Honda team certainly earned our lifetime loyalty. We won’t shop anywhere else. And refer everyone we can to Jay Honda so that they can have the same great car buying experience we had. Keep up the great work.
2024 Honda CR-V review
My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

Great Lakes HondaReviews
Great Lakes Honda review
Shout out to Sarah Peters and Marvin Maffett for their exceptional customer service helping us purchase our replacement vehicle after our 2020 Passport was totaled in a rear end collision. Great Lakes Honda, under the leadership of Marvin Maffett, was able to locate a specific color/trim new 2026 Passport and Sarah Peters worked with us to navigate the waiting and purchase of the car as it moved through the transportation and delivery to the dealership. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchase stress-free and we never felt pressured through the entire process. She was able to handle our last minute requests for accessories so the car was ready with everything we wanted at a very fair price. We researched nationally and were able to purchase the exact car we wanted at a price that beat dealerships from FL to Ohio. We would highly recommend Sarah Peters as a sales rep to help you purchase your next vehicle at Great Lakes Honda. 2024 Honda CR-V review
Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

Great Lakes Honda review
I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for your next car purchase. I just traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot and purchased a 2023 Honda CR-v Sport Hybrid from sales consultant Sita Biswa. I had an excellent experience working with her. Sita is professional, personable, and went the extra mile to provide me with the best possible deal, as did the rest of the staff supporting the transaction. I've been buying Hondas from Great Lakes Honda for over 25 years (this is my 5th), and have had all my maintenance and service work done here; the staff has always been responsive, fair, and performed quality work.

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.
