I have a long relationship with Mike Piazza Honda meaning I have purchased many cars here. I have always used their service department for needed maintenance and other car services. My experience has consistently been from customer representatives, sales personnel, service greeters/take in service representatives, to the service representatives for the team who service my car as being friendly, caring, professional, and most importantly a job well done. Or put simply I have never been disappointed and this is what keeps me coming back to purchase my next car. I recommend this dealership and if you buy your next car here I hope you have the same experience as me.
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Always impressed with service at Sloane. I always feel like I’m getting a true evaluation of my car’s performance. Enjoyed the video showing the mechanic working on the car. Never feel like I’m being taken advantage of.

Autolenders Lawrenceville review
I’ve leased and bought vehicles from several dealerships prior to doing business with Autolenders, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had! Moe and Alex were top rate. I felt like a partner in the process instead of someone they were trying to take advantage of. I’d buy every future car from Autolenders in Princeton if possible.

2011 Honda CR-V review
I bought this for my first car and was honestly amazing. I'm so upset that its totaled and will miss her so much. My only complaint about it was the Air Conditioning during HOT HOT summers would blow out warm air, but I think its a common issue. At 151k miles, it developed this sound with the exhausted, but nevertheless, an amazing, dependable car for a girl who knows nothing about them.

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

Everything went smoothly. I received a letter offering to purchase my used CR-V that I purchased at Honda. They gave me close to the max on the letter. Anthony (Nieves-salesperson) was knowledgeable and not pushy and did not rush me. Management was easy to work with as well as Finance.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

fast to respond. but did not purchase I feel since the truck has over 130,000 miles is 15 years old. has had two owners and been in two accidents the price was $3,000 higher than I would pay. I was also looking to get at least $4,200 for my trade
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

It's safe, beautiful, economic, and the insurance payment is within my budget. Everything that I didn't know I needed. Richie is 1,000% authentic, sincere, professional and includes a warranty. The price that he lists REALLY IS the price + taxes + plates. That's it! I'm still shocked. 2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

As a woman & owner of a 2020 Honda Civic ,I normally dred going to the car dealer ,even for an oil change. I can honestly say the my last experience @Piazza Honda of Philadelphia was actually amazing...Exuberant customer service, starting with their VALET attendants. These gentleman were very attentive, professional and kind. They made sure I understood each & every part of the service process....The service dept was equally polite, and displayed alot of patience as it took a few seconds for me to understand some of the automotive language....The wait time wasn't bad at all but the fact that someone comes to check on you & gives you updates on the cars process & progress was top tier for me...Thank you to everyone who played apart in my Honda experience 😀 👍🏽🚘

2015 Honda CR-V review
Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

2019 Honda CR-V review
Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

Turnersville Kia review
I am very pleased I came here for my new car. Everyone I came in contact with who worked there was very pleasant and helpful but Terrin was phenomenal. He guided me in the right direction with what features I was looking to have. He was very outgoing, super informative and made my car shopping experience surprisingly fun! I highly recommend Terrin and Kia!
2023 Honda CR-V review
I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

2014 Honda CR-V review
I have owned this car since new. With 111K miles, I am still very happy with the choice. The 2014 was the last CR-V made with a conventional automatic transmission, and highly desirable for towing behind a camper. My service and repair bills have been exemplary.

Bob Ruth Ford review
Great experience all around. Inquired online about some vehicles and received an email and phone call quickly to review some options. Set up an appointment with Chris Rau who was very accomodating. Went in for appointment and vehicles were ready for test drives. Process to purchase the Jeep was efficient. All paperwork was clear and completed timely. Very seamless and efficient experience all around!
2011 Honda CR-V review
My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

Sam provided me with the best service experience , good prices, explained how things go in my car , I have zero experience with cars, he went out of his way to explain everything for me and made things clear
2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.
