Out of all the car purchases i made by far, this was tbe easiest and fastest time i was able to get in and out of the dealership within an HOUR, thanks to Mostapha farris who made this transaction very smooth, i told him what i was looking for over the phone and explained to him that i was on a tight budget, he was able to get me the vehicle i wanted at the exact price i wanted, also the finance manager brian was very helpful and explained to me my purchase options. Josh was amazing. He was able to put me into the 2019 Nissan Altima 2.5SL Platinum for a price another dealer was selling me a 2019 Altima SR. I would definitely recommend Josh and Suburban for anyone who is in the market.

Chris, the service rep who helped me went above and beyond anything I could have expected in orderfor me, a traveler from out of state to be able to continue my trip. My car was in need of a part he couldn't get right away and I needed it asap, he managed and he managed to get my car fixed ahead of his estimated schedule. The who experience made me wish they were my local Nissan Dealer. If I lived in the area they would be the dealer I'd go to every time I needed anything.

The staff at suburban are all professionals. Jeffrey cawood manager is truly a asset to the team there. My salesman dean is the best. He works with you to get into a car that fits your needs. From the phone operator kay, to all the staff in service they make your trip there a soothing experience. Once again thank you all.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My experience with Mike Bishop was awesome. After being turned down at 3 places , I was recommended to see him . He got me the SUV I wanted the same day . I’m trying to contact him for 5 other family members that wants new vehicles. When I called for him , I was told he no longer works there . Mike is the best salesman I ever had . After getting my car , out of his own pocket, he treated me and my family to dinner as a token of his appreciation for our business. I trust Mike Bishop and only him , not saying that no one else there is bad .... but Mike worked with me and my so so credit and got me what I wanted . This review asks, "Would I buy a vehicle from this dealer?" I want to clarify that I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealer, because they no longer manufacture and sell Honda Elements. I will stick with the car I have. I do usually prefer to have my Honda serviced at a Honda dealer though and these guys have usually been pretty good and the staff are extremely friendly.
Ross Nolan was my salesman and was truly a pleasure to work with. Very patient, kind, and really showed he cared about my happiness with my purchase. Him and his manager, Jason, went above and beyond to get me a great deal! Wonderful experience!
Although the car was still within 8 years it had more than 120,000 miles on it so Honda was not willing to pay the full cost of the rebuild. They split the cost and my share was $1750. Naturally I would have preferred Honda pick up the full cost even if it was over the 120,000 miles.
Jason the salesperson was very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The General Manager Jason Freeman was so kind and made an already great buying experience even better. The sales manager and finance manager were great as well. Thank you Jason's and the rest of the staff. I will definitely refer my friends and family to buy there next car here from Jason D.
