Went to Paul Masse Chevrolet to road test a 2019 Equinox. The sales person Paul Dragich was very friendly and detailed all of the option packages available. He was a very low pressure guy and treated us like we were royalty. Paul went through all the details on each feature of the vehicle, very very knowledgeable. We purchased the Equinox that we test drove. We will absolutely be back to this dealership To see Paul when we are looking at another car. We are also interested in the new Chevy Blazer when it becomes available and are on a call list to test drive one. Besides, he???s a Red Sox fan!
I recently made an appointment at Speedcraft Acura to have my passenger air bag replaced. Overall, my experience was top notch. I will definitely be back for future service or to purchase my next vehicle.
My wife and I were very grateful to have dealt with Zack at the dealership. He had wonderful insight about the Subaru vehicles and pointed out many strong attributes of each model as-well as Subaru’s brand as a whole. His knowledge about each model I had inquired about had actually shocked me.. seeing as I had tried a few dealerships before here and they were not as descriptive on each models features. Zack was a pleasure to have done business with as wel as this dealership as a whole. Great experience and better customer service!

Whilst car salesmen and dealerships don't generally inspire feelings of trust or good customer experience, Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI are a stand-out enterprise that well and truly kicks that trend. After visiting several different car dealerships in Rhode Island it was extremely refreshing to find one that wasn't trying to hard-sell every unnecessary gizmo available and/or extract every bit of private/personal detail just to get a simple quote. The salesman we dealt with (a Mr. David Fontaine) was thoroughly professional and he actually listened to what we wanted which certainly isn't a common trait in other dealerships we visited. Communications throughout the whole process were highly satisfactory, the staff were always friendly and attentive and the leasing sale was punctual and deftly handled.
I have no complaints about Saccucci Honda and wish them all a Happy Christmas and a great New Year for 2019
We have been looking for weeks and were considering if there was an SUV out there within our budget. We had just left another dealership and decided to head over to Siko Honda as a last resort. We saw a 2015 Kia Sportage online and came in for a test drive. The facility was clean and the SUV looked great but we were not feeling the first salesman or the price. We were ready to walk out the door until we met Emilio!
Emilio took his time and answered all of our questions even though they were closing. My wife was not content with the first test drive, so so we took it for another test drive when we came back two days later to close the deal. I appreciate Emilio being honest and straight up with us for that is rare! If we had not ran into him, we would have not bought the car!

I’m not the easiest customer to deal with when I’m trying to buy a new vehicle and Emilio dealt with me in a professional and friendly manner. Purchased a new 2018 CRV EX. I never write reviews but these guys deserve one. Stan Ennis our salesman was more than patient in answering our endless amount of questions. Did not even bat an eye when I refused to give him my credit card to prove I was serious. He did come back with the price I asked for and I purchased the CRV. Then my fear turned to the finance guy. You know how it goes. You head into that office and they try to sell you all kinds of other stuff. To my surprise that did not happen. Stacy was absolutely awesome in completing all the paper work explaining in detail the warranty information. I found purchasing this CRV from Silko to be top notch, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again. If there service department is as good as the sales department I cannot seeing buying another car anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys!
If this had been my first purchase of a car I would have grossly overpaid. Salesman was kind and respectful, however, I was getting all kinds of graphs and printouts of why my price was unreasonable. I did pay what I asked for not originally though. As soon as I paid for the car I had to go back twice to get the car. It seemed that I went to the bottom of the pile once they had my money.
I came in to purchase a CRV, Stan helped me through the whole process and was great! Melissafrom finance was able to secure a better rate than my own back and was able to save more money! Wonderful people!!!
After doing a lot of research and visiting a couple other dealerships I found myself at Silko because they had the color 2018 Civic I wanted in stock. I was told by other dealers that they wouldn't have the color and that Silko wouldn't honor the price they had quoted me. The others were wrong. I dealt with Rick Santos as my salesperson. He was honest, knowledgeable and hospitable. My sister and I test drove the car and loved it. Devotions were fairly simple. Chris helped go over everything. I got the price and monthly payments I was hoping for. Mist importantly no surprises. Juan handled my paperwork and did a great job explaining everything. Picked up my car next day, love it. Excellent deal on Toyota hybrid - more competitive than other nearby dealers with similar makes and models. Friendly, personable, efficient staff. We drive off the lot a few hours after buying the car.
