This is a great place to buy a car! Everyone was very friendly and seemed to be really enjoying themselves. I feel like I got a great deal on my car and it wasn’t like fighting a tiger to get a good deal. Overall, it was a really good experience!
5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..

Tuesday I went into the dealership knowing that I wanted to trade in my car. I worked with Kenzi Phippen over the phone before steeping foot into the dealership. Right off the bat they offered me 3K more for my trade (without even seeing it) than another dealership did and they ended up giving me 5K more for my trade!
I didn't even know what exactly I wanted. I gave the sales manager and Brandon the information on what I wanted, they pulled up multiple vehicles and gave me many options.
I have worked in the dealership world for over 5 years, and am very versed in the purchasing of a vehicle. I can HANDS DOWN say this was the EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had, or witnessed.

I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
Overall was rated only "good" in place of excellent due to issues beyond Edward Santana's control. The new car required some body repair which required some delays/inconveniences. The future looks good for Edwardo professionally. We are pleased with him and on request will send him new business.
We were shopping for an Accord Hybrid and had exhausted our options at our local dealers. After some online research we found the car that we wanted at Lee's Summit Honda so I reached out. I had received an email offer to trade in my old car for a new car (which I was already planning on doing) so set up an application. I came in with an idea of what I wanted in a new car. Thom was very informative not only about what I knew I wanted but making sure I knew all about the car beyond what I had previously researched. I never felt like he pushed me into anything but that he was truly interested in my goals and desires for my new car. And Thom worked with the sales manager, Tyler, to make financing seamless. I felt like I was making an informed decision before walking in the door and this was only solidified by working with the Jack Ellena team. Thanks for a great experience and awesome car!
I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.
