The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

Bought it new in 2017 because I wanted a small car that didn’t crumple in an accident. Well it didn’t. Had a major accident and it was totaled. Hit by a much larger truck combined front and driver side collision, went airborne over 2/3 lanes, knocked down utility poles and stopped. I crawled out the drivers door with only bumps and bruises. I am 76ers old. Nothing in the car touched me, except the airbags. The medics didn’t believe me. (I am an RN). I am so grateful that it did it’s job by saving my life. So, I Bought another FIT. The driver’s seat is uncomfortable on a long trip and it takes a few seconds to get in gear. That’s all I have for negatives.

The car runs great plus the gas miles per gallon is 33.l love the rear camera feature and the digitial dashboard plus the Bluetooth feature.

Got this used car for my now-driving teenager. Wife is happy as it got Fives across the board for safety. I'm happy as it is inexpensive to operate. Teenager is happy as it has good tech, looks good, and drives very, very smooth. Everyone is happy with the predicted reliability.

I was shopping around for a new car and I came across a very nice Hyundai from this dealer. I requested information about the car and got an email sent back to me almost instantly. The customer service was above and beyond. Not only did the email quickly I got a phone call as well going jeer everything that I needed and wanted to know about the process of buying the car. We just bought a used Fit LX. So far it exceeds all expectations. Based on how people talk about it you would think its a little gocart that looks very unattractive. We have been pleasantly surprised by the aesthetic appeal and performance. Its more than enough power for city driving. Tons and Tons of storage in such a small car. We found a good deal and love the security of knowing we got a Honda. For us, we were planning on getting an EX, but after test driving realized that the added features were just "fine". This is a really really practical and well built car. If you want the extra stuff, no problem, but the LX was more than enough for us. So we saved a few thousand dollars and couldnt be happier.

These guys are good guys they will work with you, they actually found two vehicles for me. They even recommended a good repair shop and transport company. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them without issue all of my documents and titles were sent via fed ex. I would be careful when bidding on vehicles, look at them closely make sure they are not another dealer trying to pass them through Elite. I would focus on only insurance company vehicles if you want to restore and repair. They have plenty of used vehicles with some minor scratches and clean titles. My favorite to work with is John thanks again for everything.
