This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle after almost 40 yrs. of driving. I was a die hard GM person since my mother retired from there but I wasn't happy with their latest move on layoffs so opted to look at the Mazda and Subaru recommended by my son. I had such a good time with their sales staff, I felt at home and they all treated me like I was special even talking about small stuff that we can all relate to. I recommend them Very Highly!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This is the way car buying should be! No pressure, lots of information, no “let me talk to my manager” games. Sarah was professional and answered all our questions, even the ones we forgot to ask! The cars I looked at were terrific, and all had warranties on the engine and drive train, low mileage, and great prices. I bought a great car, and I think I’ve found my one-stop car shop!
We took ad with us. They honored it and did not pressure us to buy other services - just explained the other services to us. In and out in less than 2 hours. They also gave us a great rate for 60 months. We would recommend.

Just bought a used Honda CRV from Lindsay few days ago. It's my second time to give them a good review. Last time was in two years ago when I bought a used 2014 Honda Civic.
1. The salesman：Thierno Dia is professional, patient, and his attitude won't make you feel he is pushing you to buy the car. Even though the whole store is very busy, he showed us the cars patiently. It's the second time I bought the car from him, I recommend this salesman!
2. The car: Very good quality with reasonable price. I trust Lindsay Honda, because the car I bought from them two years ago is still very good!
3. The Finance manager: Marc Hilton. Professional and very nice!
Overall I give Lindsay company 5 stars!
Highly recommend Lance. Great experience. Very professional, laid back, and not pushy. Answered any and all questions. Also, used sales manager was also helpful and worked with us on a price. I've been taking my Acura TL for service since Honda Marysville's $39/39 minute deal can't be beat. I went yesterday, and for the first time, the line for an oil change was very long. I really needed it done, and luckily I brought some work with me to do while I waited. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. My wait was a bit over 90 minutes, and sure enough, they stood by their 39 minute guarantee. The work was done, my car was clean, and Jason made me feel like a valued customer. I have 2 Acuras and will only bring them here for service. A+!
I went in wanting a used Jeep renegade and after going over all ththe details Richard Norman helped me pick out a Honda Civic! I’m so in love with my new car! I contact Otis Tate 8 months ago about a new CRV but we couldn't work out a deal. Last week, I contacted Otis again because my daughter wanted a new Accord. I guess she had grown tired of her 2004 Accord with 123k miles. Otis was celebrating his 24 year anniversary on Saturday and referred me to Shawn Risner. Shawn worked with Lisa and I over a span of 5 hours while also helping his other clients. My daughter is a PHd student at OSU and therefore her resources are limited. Shawn again spent the time and made this experience a wonderful one. Otis recommended we make use of the Costo program which saved us a nice chunk of change. We'll be back. Excellent service provided by them. Helpful and informative. No high pressure sales pitch from them. We visited several used car places including dealers and independent lots and this was the most friendly up front one.
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!
I needed to get my air bags replaced from a factory recall and Hugh White made it extremely easy and quick!
