I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Just got my 2018 CRV today, my sales person was Robert Sahabi. Robert was very details and easy to work with, he stood on your position and provided a quote which can be told he wants to make a deal. I highly recommended asking for Robert when you walk in for test drive or a quote.
Good selection of cars. . I called and asked for a particular car. Salesman said there was one in my price range. He took my information, texted and called me several times to set up an appointment. When I got to the sales lot, he said it was sold. Could he not have called me to tell me that. Almost walked away when sales man said "Let's not waste each others time when discussing price of a particular car.
First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.
Saw their ad on craigslist or cars.com. Called to setup an appointment same day. Test drive went well and credit union approved of the car. They worked with me to make the price match what my loan would be.
No aggresive sells pitch and easy going atmosphere. Of course as with any used car you should have it looked at by a 3rd party but I didn't have the time and everything is still running strong. The Carfax report was very thorough.
Bought a truck from Joe, needed a nice truck for work, just needed an upgrade and this dealer had what I needed. Joe helped me with all the paperwork and negotiating. I got a very nice, clean, well running truck, im very happy.
