McGrath Honda in Elgin review
My name is frank dichristofano and I own a 2015. On August 7th I needed routine maintenance done to my vehicle. So I always I had the work done at mcgrath honda of elgin . Because they are the best Honda dealership. There have the service department and they are always very professional and courteous and put the needs of the there customers first. When my vehicle is being work on I know my car is in hands. Because there mechanics are the best and they always such an outstanding job with my vehicle. So thank you to everyone at McGrath Honda!!
2024 Honda HR-V review
I've had my HR-V for a week today & I absolutely love it. It's very smooth & comfortable. I love the vehicle. I see a lot of reviews about power. It's a family SUV & grocery getting, you're not driving a race car. It gets the job done while providing good fuel economy. It's super cute and I can't wait to continue driving this vehicle for many years to come!

McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

I didn’t have trouble buying a new car here. Gave me a great price for my trade in after negotiations. Gave me a great interest rate on my loan as well. Thank you!
2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

Valley Honda review
I was just in for service today for my 2025 pilot my 2 nd oil change only even though I have visited the service dept a few times before Anthony is usually my go to guy. today Anthony wasn't there I had the pleasure to have Alonzo Carrillo what a great young man I let him know what I was in for He explained everything to me about my codes and what I would need today Very Knowledgeable did not try to push other services on me like most other service departments would ( I came from Hyundai the worst service dept ever in my 70 years of living) it's such a pleasure coming to your service department You should be proud of the job Alonzo and Anthony are doing their. Alonzo went above and beyond today helping me And I want him to be. acknowledge for such a wonderful job he did. I'm a retired police officer and a Vietnam veteran and it was a pleasure dealing with him today. I also had the 10% off coupon from the coupon book I received when I bought my car. He made sure to give me the discount and told me to hold onto the coupon for next time. THANK YOU ALONZO you know how to treat a customer and to keep them coming back.I sent another friend over to your service department from new Lennox. He wasn't happy with his service department. He was using in Joliet. He has been coming now to Valley for his service . please let Alonzo how great of a job he's doing Even though Anthony is my go to guy Alonzo is right there with him

My sales person Alex Valdez was great! I thought he would give up on me because I was very picky and expected alot. I had resigned myself to keeping my current car, but then he found me the perfect vehicle and I love it! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend McGrath Honda/Elgin. Just ask for Alex Valdez and he will work hard to find you what you want!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A 10/10 Experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles! We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite AWD! The entire experience at McGrath Honda of St. Charles was absolutely painless and easy—exactly what you want when buying a new vehicle. A huge shout-out to our representatives, Gabe H. and Deanna B. They were not only incredibly friendly, but their customer service was truly exceptional. They were actively listening to our needs and what we were looking for, finding positive and productive solutions every step of the way. Their attention to detail was fantastic; they were very thorough in explaining the ins and outs of everything. From start to finish, this was a perfect experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Gabe, Deanna, and McGrath Honda of St. Charles. You won't find better service!

Such a great experience getting our second vehicle from this store. Everything from our saleswoman, Reanne, to the gentlemen in the back getting my new MPV looking perfect for my family. The process was painless and quick. Reanne was very knowledgeable and friendly, even with my kids, throughout the whole process. She ensured I felt comfortable with our purchase and options we chose. We felt like family as we went through each step and never felt pressured. Definitely recommend Reanne and WAG to anyone looking for a car!

CharlesReviews
McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
McGrath Honda has been part of our family’s story since 2013, when we moved to the area with our 2011 Odyssey. Over the years, they’ve earned our trust, so when it was time to upgrade to a 2023 Odyssey, we didn’t think twice about returning. This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team—Muhammed and Bryan—was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn’t just sell us cars—they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We’ll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They’ve earned our loyalty many times over.
