Buerkle Hyundai review
We recently purchased a vehicle from Berkley Hyundai, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lulu was absolutely amazing. She was genuine, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. Her authenticity and willingness to answer our questions honestly were a big reason we decided to purchase our vehicle. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Jacob in Finance was equally impressive. He made what can sometimes be a stressful part of buying a vehicle feel effortless. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly, making the paperwork process smooth and easy. I highly recommend the combination of Lulu and Jacob. Together they created one of the best vehicle-buying experiences we've had. The only thing that would have made the experience even better was the slow internet connection on Lulu's computer, which caused a few delays. Other than that, the experience was outstanding, and we are very happy with our purchase.

Buerkle AcuraReviews
Buerkle Acura review
I was looking for a vehicle that would last me at least 7 years and be very dependable and versatile. I looked at Buick, Chevrolet, Jeep, GMC, Honda, and Acura. After much research and dealer shopping, I decided to buy from Buerkle Acura in Brooklyn Park. I met with a salesman Dennis Andrews. He was VERY helpful answering my questions and was very knowledgeable of the Acura vehicles. After some serious thinking, I decided on the 2015 Acura MDX. Dennis was very helpful with deciding which options (extras) to pick from, without ANY pressure and quick at getting the purchase written up and ready for the financing team. Dennis also called me a few days after my purchase, and told me if I had ANY concerns or questions to not hesitate to contact him. I have had the vehicle for a few weeks now and I am SO glad I chose the MDX. I could not be happier with Dennis, and Buerkle Acura. My wife has also purchased a Acura TSX from Buerkle Acura.
2023 Honda HR-V review
For: Safety, Reliability, 2.0 liter K series engine has been proven to be a long lasting, relatively low maintenance power plant devoid of direct fuel injection, turbo .. The engine is smooth and quiet unless pushed hard. The chassis is capable. The ride good for this class of vehicle, especially if fitted with improved tires such as the Michelin Defender 2. Brakes are good. Headlights decent, Cabin room is good. Knee room more than adequate in the rear seats. Overall a well thought out design. Negatives : If you drive fast this is not the vehicle for you. Fuel economy is not as good as direct injection competitors. Don’t expect to tow anything as it’s a CVT. The rumored upcoming hybrid will make this an even better vehicle.

Feldmann Imports Mercedes-BenzReviews
Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz review
I am thrilled with the service I received from start to finish and will be a new customer of Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz. My engine light went on late Thursday afternoon. When I called the service center at the dealership, there was a "live" person that immediately answered the phone to discuss the reason for my call and schedule my appointment. I was able to have my vehicle inspected and serviced the next morning. The service consultant assigned, John, was awesome. John and the technician researched to find that the issue causing the engine light to go on was covered under an extended manufacturer's warranty and the repair was completed within just a few hours. They even provided complimentary Lyft rides from and back to the dealership. I am so impressed by their customer service that I am switching to this dealership going forward for my annual maintenance service.

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

2018 Honda HR-V review
Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

One Way Motors review
We have had multiple vehicle purchases for both my husband and I and also within our family and friends from One Way Motors. We have never been disappointed! The first vehicle we purchased from them would still be going strong after years without a single issue if it weren't for a car accident that unfortunately totaled it out. However we were not worried because we were in good hands with Mike and his crew when we went shopping for a replacement.

I had a great experience with Nathan Hadler when I came in to test drive a vehicle. He took his time to answer my questions and understood I was just starting my car research and was not ready to buy. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to convince me otherwise. He genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision for me which was evident in the follow up email he sent me.

2021 Honda HR-V review
I chose the HR-V because it was small enough to fit down my driveway but was still an suv. The car is great but it doesn't have the features of my RAV-4. However, the new car, in the Sport model, has the updated features I wanted including navigation/Apple Car Play/Android Auto. The add ons by the dealer were not worth it and were ridiculously expensive.

Buerkle HyundaiReviews
Buerkle Hyundai review
In order to appreciate this glowing review of Buerkle Hyundai, it's necessary to start with a scathing review of Walser Hyundai in Coon Rapids. When my husband took our 2022 Tucson to Walser, they told him that the rear blinker was on the fritz because of water in our rear lamps, which they falsely claimed was “due to collision damage” and therefore “not covered under warranty.” They charged us $127 just to look at our bumper, then gave us an estimate for almost $4,000 to repair a problem that their own technician described as “already a known issue on these guys.” We told them that this vehicle had never been in a collision, but they ignored us and falsely wrote on our invoice that collision damage was the cause of the problem. When I returned later to ask if a tear in the plastic (caused by a tire blowout 2 years ago) was the same thing as damage to the bumper, a representative confirmed that it was not. Nevertheless, she insisted that the technician had found a crack in the bumper when they looked under the car. That was their second falsehood. She offered to put it on the lift again, and when they checked again, behold, they found no damage to the bumper. The service manager admitted that the tear in the plastic could not possibly have affected the water in the center taillight (which is at the bottom of the hatchback), but she told me that a tear in the plastic could have caused the condensation in the taillight, because it had broken a seal, allowing water to enter. Another untruth, as it turned out. I later crawled under the car to personally have a look, and found out that it couldn’t possibly be true. The manager said that she would contact Hyundai to see if they would cover the center light. She said it would take about 24 hours to get an answer. The next morning, she texted my husband to say that they submitted the request to Hyundai the day before, “and they are still deciding if they are going to participate in helping with the cost of rear lamp assembly. Hopefully they will have some kind of decision for me today.” That was their last communication. After getting caught in so many falsehoods, it appears they thought it was just easier to drop all communications. That’s when I made an appointment at Buerkle Hyundai, and (oh my) what a difference was that experience. I explained the problem and the damage to the plastic behind the wheel, and they immediately offered to submit a goodwill request to Hyundai to cover the charge. They said they might receive an answer in 10 minutes, but it might take an hour. What? You mean it doesn't take over 24 hours to get an answer from the Hyundai headquarters? (For those keeping score at home; that was Walser’s fourth falsehood to us.) After Buerkle submitted the request, Hyundai approved the repair in less than an hour. Buerkle had the part in stock, and the whole experience, from driving in, to getting approval for covering the cost, to repairing the problem, took less than 3 hours. Everyone I spoke with at Buerkle was tremendously friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout to Danni. She’s a gem, and Buerkle should give her a raise and a promotion. Walser Hyundai charged us $127, and their only service was to treat us disrespectfully and feed us a pack of untruths. (I’m not sure what the industry standard might be for charging customers for falsehoods, but $127 seems kinda pricey.) Then they handed us a $4,000 estimate to repair a problem that they knew could have been covered by Hyundai, if only they would take the trouble to submit the request. Buerkle Hyundai fixed the entire problem in under 3 hours, and they threw in a free car wash and snacks. The total bill for the visit? $0.00. Buerkle has earned two new customers. I hope this review wins them many more.

Luther Brookdale Honda review
Without a doubt, our car buying experience at Brookdale Honda was the best we've ever had. We had the pleasure of working with both Ben and Joe Hartzen, providing us with a level of service we will not soon forget. Not only was the process, start to finish, extremely efficient...they were fair, honest, and truly authentic! A gold standard in customer care. We're happy to report we are in love with our Honda CR-V. It's a wonderful thing, finding a trusted sales team, as well as a new go-to dealership. Thank you!

Oscar at Richfield Minnesota Honda was an exceptional representative in service when I came in for a routine oil change. He is a five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ representative for Honda and definitely deserves a raise!
2024 Honda HR-V review
Love how car handles. The HRV is wonderful on traveling bc I have arthritis and it was a pleasure to drive on long trips. It’s smooth riding and an attractive car. It is easier to get into than the CRV bc I am short (5’2) so I had to climb up into CRV but not HRV.

CarMax Des Moines review
When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.
2021 Honda HR-V review
I have had my 2021 HR-V for a little over two years and not had one problem until recently. I was driving and had a SRS warning light come on. Found out it is in the passenger side frame. I purchased an extended warranty so I’m hoping that it is covered.I’m just wondering if this is a problem with other HR-Vs. Could you please check. Thanks

Great buying experience. Very impressed with the teamwork and efficiency of the sales consultants. I highly recommend this dealership.
2017 Honda HR-V review
I own a 2017 Honda HRV 1.5 Petrol FW CVT (European model). I’m the first owner and I just reached 220k Kilometers. No issues so far except for a start/stop button replacement and a scheduled suspension replacement (200k). All the services and oil changes were made on time according to the manual. I also started doing the oil/fluid changes (engine & cvt transmission) in less kilometers than the proposed schedule once the car reached 180k kilometers. The European edition 1.5 petrol motor responds well but I believe that a bigger motor would be more suitable for the specific model. I’ve traveled a lot on asphalt, gravel and snow (with a good pair of snow tires) and in temperatures varying between 14 to 113 Fehrenheit.
