Everything was good. Everyone was super nice and unlike other dealerships we didn’t have to wait that a long time. There were no problems with having to make appointment to test drive. They had the car ready and everything. I would recommend this place.

Planet Ford 45 review
I highly recommend this team. They work seamlessly together to deliver the truck we wanted at a fair price. I spent less than 15 minutes in the dealership in total. Our salesman, Tamarcus Miles, proactively reached out to associated dealers and swiftly found the exact vehicle we were seeking, minimizing any delays. The aftermarket parts department promptly provided us with a quick and fair quote, and all our accessories are currently being installed. Ryan Walker in the Finance department efficiently processed our paperwork, negotiated a fair deal on our trade-in, and secured the extended warranty we were hoping for. Monique in commercial service took care of our existing vehicle, and I have no doubt that we will perform just as well with this new one.

It was a real pleasure working with Mo Hazzal and his team. Morgan the assigned sales associate did a tremendous job for us, from A to Z. From there we became friends. This great atmosphere has triggered our willingness, my wife and I, to do business with this merchant on a continuous basis.

The entire process from making a phone call after picking the vehicle up was professional I was out the door quickly with an awesome vehicle. Aaliyah lead the scene with great information on my questions. Emmanuel followed up with quick numbers and helped out tremendously. The dealer warranty options offered take the pressure of buying a used vehicle. Highly recommend!

CarMax St. Louis Mid Rivers Mall review
I came in with my Daughter looking for a nice car for her. We left with a great car, great deal and great experience. When we walked in the door we were paired up with sales associate Travis who introduced himself and got going figuring out what she wanted. Never once did he push. He set us up to look at 3-4 vehicles and 2 to test drive. We drove, the car that was eventually purchased, and came back ready to purchase. Travis carefully talked us through the purchase process. He was very careful to let us know that there was an open recall on the vehicle. We traded in her old vehicle and received a (more than fair) offer for it!. As we were going through the payment / signing process, he kept stopping in to see how we were doing . The gentleman who helped us with the paper work was pleasant and very helpful. When the decidedly un-painful process was over, her car was ready, clean, with a full tank and ribbon-on-top. Travis saw her out of the garage and on her way. Plus he recommended a killa pizza joint for dinner. Kudos Sir and kudos to CarMax.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Went in for an oil change and they completed our appointment very quickly. My appointment was done on time and I didn't have to wait long. We actually bought our minivan (Honda Odyssey) from this dealership and actually prefer to have it serviced here. They have great customer service and that's what keeps us coming back. We don't even live in Corpus Christi and we make the drive just to have our vehicle serviced by technicians that are Honda certified.

Purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra 3 months ago, had a great experience. They ended up beating the rate my credit union I had used for year. I waited to leave the review until I knew for sure I was happy with the transaction and one of the things I loved was management told me they would be there for me before and after the sale. At first I though yeah I have heard that before but here we are 3 months later and any question I have had was answered immediately. I highly recommend this dealership.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Tomball Ford review
I worked with Jorge Lopez who is the CarPro USA representative for Tomball Ford. Mr. Lopez made the buying experience of my 2024 F 150 very pleasant. I bought an F-150 in 2019, and I am a repeat customer. Jorge Lopez treated me in a very professional manner as we worked though items like the value of my trade-in, the number of incentives being offered and he answered any questions I had regarding the negotiation process. I ended up with a fair deal and Mr. Lopez walked through the entire process from financing to extended warranties. When I was handed off to the Claudia Mejia in finance I had no surprises. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Jorge Lopez ther CarPro guy from Tomball Ford to anyone.

Gillman Honda of San AntonioReviews
Gillman Honda of San Antonio review
I have been getting my car serviced with honda for 10 years, since I’ve had my car. I have never ONCE had a bad experience and all the credit goes to the service department. Everyone there is super friendly and very helpful. Joel Aguilar (buff guy) has been taking care of me the past, i’d say 5 years since my previous service advisor left and Joel has been nothing but amazing! Never EVER pushy, recommends the service my car needs, is honest when he suggests when I need the service. Every time I go in he doesn’t treat me like a customer, he treats me like family along with all of his other customers, I can see why he has such a large clientele. Thank you Joel and the whole Honda service department for always taking care of my vehicle, my car is my baby and my goal is to ride it until the wheels fall off, without a team effort my car wouldn’t be in the shape it is! I will always have a honda!!
