Once I started taking my 2013 Civic to Autonation Honda Sanford for maintenance, I wouldn?t take it anywhere else. On my last visit for repairs I was debating whether to trade for a new Civic. There was no pressure, the sales associate, Jacob Guerrero, was informed, listened, answered all my questions and treated me with utmost respect. Once it came to closing the deal with the CFS Manager, Sergio Perez Cedeno, I was relaxed, he was extremely patient and worked with my needs. The whole experience was seamless!! After several months of searching I found another AutoNation dealership in Florida with the best price. We just bought our second new Honda (2026 Ridgeline and 2024 Pilot) from AutoNation Honda Sanford within the last 2 years. Very happy with how this dealership handles Internet-coordinated sales (most dealerships near Ocala are lacking in this respect). Amy was awesome to work with! She understood how I wanted to communicate, that I had specific requirements, and was very supportive through to the very end (keys in hand). It even involved a trade-in, but with lots of pictures and details we were able to reach an acceptable agreement on that too. We had ALL the details worked out before we ever arrived at the dealership to take delivery (90 min drive from Ocala). We showed up with the trade, test drove the Ridgeline, and finished everything as expected. I will say that I had already done a lot of research and knew exactly what I wanted. There were a few dealer equipment add-ons that I did not care much about, but those were reasonablely handled as well. Again, Amy was incredibly nice and helpful. I will absolutely refer friends to work with Amy at this dealership. We've had bad other dealership experiences in the past, but this is not one of them for us.

I recently had my 2023 CRV in for an oil change where it was discovered there was a oil leak from a bad gasket in the timing chain cover. Jim Boyd, my service advisor, quickly got me scheduled for repair as I only had four days left on the manufacturers warranty. The repairs were made in house and I have had no issues since. I was very pleased with the mechanic who did the repairs and with Jim, who made sure things were done in a timely manner before the warranty expir ation date. Good job folks!
