The dealership was responsive and followed up regarding my questions. I did not end up purchasing the car I was looking at (yet), but their service was outstanding so far.
2018 Honda Odyssey review
This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I leased an EV from Ron Tonkin Kia today, and I had a great experience! The team was extremely helpful, reliable, and honest throughout the entire process. They also offered amazing discounts and made everything easy and stress-free. A special thanks to Braden! He’s a young but very knowledgeable and experienced salesman. He was professional, patient, and helpful from start to finish. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Ron Tonkin Kia and Braden to anyone looking for a new car!

We had an amazing experience working with Izzy while trading in our car and purchasing our new GR86. From the moment we arrived, Izzy was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through all of our options, answered every question we had, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our decision. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable thanks to Izzy’s professionalism and attention to detail. We absolutely love our new car and are so grateful for the great service we received. Thank you again, Izzy! We truly appreciate all your help and the great experience. - Shay & Kayla

CarMax Salem review
It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! ( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. I am very grateful to have had this thrilling experience and he was just as excited for us as we were. I definitely recommend him and the CarMax crew to any one whom is looking to get a new car. The rates are great and I can't wait to come back. Thank you Elijah Combs for making this journey worth wild.

Ruby Motors LLCReviews
Ruby Motors LLC review
Never did I ever think I'd be writing a review about what a pleasant experience I had buying a used car. But, that's exactly what's happening! Julio and Tasney (the owners) were a delight to meet and work with, and they made the entire process shockingly easy. The price of the car was very fair, and the purchase comes with a 3 month warranty. I found a minor issue with the interior of the car shortly after driving it home and I was able to bring it in the next day and have it repaired within minutes at no charge, even though this was not technically part of the warranty. Julio and Tasney are two of the rare individuals who actually follow the mantra "treat others as you'd like to be treated," and I'd happily buy from them in the future.
2004 Honda Odyssey review
I also had considerable sliding door problems, even opening on the freeway and scaring my mom in law. Also, the factory painted exterior began to deteriorate around 60,000 miles and continued to advertise poor quality.

Frontline cars is a great place, I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. My experience was great. Jerry is a really cool guy, and helped me along the way. I bought a infinity m35, and am overall happy with what I got, but mostly jerry made the process easy and kept in touch even through text message and email. I'm pretty sure the shop is new so I really encourage people to give em a shot and support this dealer!

CarMax ClackamasReviews
CarMax Clackamas review
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

2015 Honda Odyssey review
We are looking at kiddo 4 on the way. My wife has wanted a van for some time, and we finally really need to use one. We found a great deal on a 2015 Odyssey... First, drive several. I have been in Siennas, but think they are an ugly car with a weird layout. I drove a caravan and Pacifica as well as a couple odyssey vans. The Honda is quieter and rides more like a car with a sportier suspension than the others. Second, what do you need. I was close on a newer Pacifica as it had all the bells and whistles, but the Honda holds value better and we found one with almost the same. Third, accept it, it is a van, it’s not “fun” to drive, but this odyssey rides better than others, mileage is good and we can get Littles in and out easily!

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Robert was exceptional. He was friendly, genuine, and went above and beyond to answered all of our questions thoroughly. The whole team made the process stress free.. I highly recommend this company, in fact this is the 4th Honda I have purchased from this dealership.
2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Toyota of CorvallisReviews
Toyota of Corvallis review
After a bad experience with the previous owner of this dealership I had vowed never to buy another Toyota. However, my conversation with an AI bot indicated a specific model of Toyota would best fit my needs. Maya worked all week to find that model. Unfortunately, there were none on the horizon. Then late in the week she was able to come up with an option for a vehicle one step higher at the price of the vehicle I wanted to buy in the first place. Thank you Maya.

Buick GMC of Beaverton review
This dealership is great to work with (just don’t bring your own financing from out of state). Eric, Jeff, Chris and Tom all did a great job being responsive, fair and helped me get out the door and on the road for an out of state buy at a great price (even charged my EV up full as requested). Would recommend to anyone, Happy Customer (JJ)

2015 Honda Odyssey review
Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

Buick GMC of Beaverton review
I called wanting to buy five electric Blazers on a GMAC line of credit from the fleet Department. I was told by the salesman Michael who answered the phone that GMC of Beaverton doesn't have a fleet Department and I had to deal with him. He wasn't very helpful and when I told him I didn't think this was a good relationship and asked to speak to his manager he hung up on me.

2019 Honda Odyssey review
I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. They were able to not let us go without knowing everything we need to know to make a decision. We are very thankful for all your help. This vehicle is a big asset and has more than expected and you guys made it possible, thanks!

James from Ron Tonkin Acura was truly amazing. He provided no nonsense feedback regarding repairs needed and was very responsive and transparent throughout the process. My car was also ready for pick up upon arriving at the dealership. A free loaner car was also provided.
2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Visited the dealership for a warranty repair that was a two-visit process, due to parts availability. Visit one went quickly and efficiently. Visit two, which also included a scheduled maintenance for my GV60, took less time than estimated. All good at the dealership!

Sheldon was great! The new remodel is very comfortable and well designed. My only complaint is that the dealership rarely contacts me for service reminders. I’ve been using a local auto service for my maintenance. I’d prefer to bring it to the dealership. I’m looking for a new car for my wife and I so I can give the 23 Integra to our daughter
2018 Honda Odyssey review
We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.
