This was he Quickest car buying process I've ever experienced. I picked my car online. I went in and Tom took my info and took me out to test drive my car. by the time we got back I was already approved and the deal was done. Came back the next day tot pick up my car and Tom came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. from the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Our family moved to York, Pennsylvania 6 years ago from Texas. When we arrived, we had one Honda and it made sense to get it serviced at York’s Apple Honda dealership. When it came time to trade in my car in 2016, it made perfect sense to look at Honda and the Apple dealership on the North side of town given our always positive experience. That is when I first met Tom Smith. Tom sold me my first Pennsylvania Honda then, and just yesterday 15 Oct 2018 he listened to our needs and aided us in finding another great vehicle from the Honda line to increase our fleet to two. I can’t say enough about this, our local Honda dealer. If any reading this review would like a positive experience, I’d recommend a stop at Apple here in York.

I went into Ciocca looking at a specific car. They had the car all ready. Jesse was my salesman and was very friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy like some car salesman are. He is a true car guy and knows a lot about the cars.

I was very please with the entire process and working with Bryan. I originally first saw the car online and contacted them through email. Our first few conversation where completely through text and what actually taken seriously unlike most places. They worked with me through photos due to me living almost 2 hours away from the dealer we came to terms before me even leaving my house. I highly recommend both the dealership and Bryan as a sales rep. Great place to buy
We were looking to have our car inspected at the end of the month. I looked on Ciocca's service website and was amazed to find openings for the next day. I completed the online appointment and got a confirmation email a few minutes later. I was able to bring my wife's 2017 Accord in bright and early and they completed the safety, emissions, and multipoint inspections in about 45 minutes. It was good to get a clean bill of health for our vehicle and everyone was prompt and friendly. I always enjoy drinking tea and surfing the net in Cioacca's comfortable waiting area. Thanks guys. Jason is hands down one of the best Sales Rep at Ciocca Honda. We went in for our routing servicing and left as owners of a new 2018 Honda CRV. Jason was such a professional who displays genuine concern for his clients. He was not focused on closing a sale, nor did he try to recommend a vehicle that did not meet our needs. Rather he listened to all we had to say, from the vehicle type and features to what our budget was like. Jason was knowledgeable and honest in his sales pitch and we found it easy to trust his recommendation.
I went to 15 different Honda Dealerships within 3 states (Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania). My salesman, Jason Hlavaty, was hands down the most helpful and knowledgeable person I had met through the entire experience. If all of the Honda dealerships could employee more people like him and the team at Ciocca Honda, it would easily take the entire company to the next level of customer service and sales.
My 12 year-old car was making an unusual whistling noise when people were seated in the back which I suspected was emanating from the rear differential. It was time to move on. The salesman was very low key and made the purchasing process easy.
