What can I say, this is my third Pilot. I traded my 2006 in on the 16. For me, there is no other. Go Pilot!
the service reps are always polite and professional. They have serviced both CR-Vs pretty much exclusively for 10 years. I have never once had any issues with the repairs--done right once. Turn around always same day and usually in 1-2 hours (except routine oil change which is faster)The customer lounge is spacious and they even have private areas to work while you wait. They have shuttle service to drop off and pickup when done--the whole thing top to bottom is great

This car has nice features. Upgrade from our 2006 Honda Pilot. Hoping we will get the reliabity out of this one as we did of our last one.
Staff was Polite and cheerful . The facility is clean. There was a shortage of seats for a short period. Not everyone was informed about free coffee & water nor about how long their wait would be.
Very comfortable, reliable. Economical .

This is my second pilot. It is very comfortable to ride in, economical for the size care and very reliable. We are starting to feel we could do with a little smaller vehicle and may downsize when we trade in April.
11/6 Oil change and airbag recall on a 2013 fit. very busy but dan Welsch was polite professional courteous all the way through Excellent !

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
From calling in to book an appointment, entering the service bay, checking in with the service rep, waiting in the customer lounge and finally, checking out - Richfield Bloomington Honda provides consistently good customer service and quality car service. Always a pleasure!

This car meet all i need for my family. My kids love this car and it easy to understand all the features and very spacious
Service has excellent each time I stop. I am always kept informed of what needs to be done. I was also able to get work done even though I did not have an appointment. Service was a big reason for buying a Honda.

I had a recall scheduled for my Honda Pilot my service advisor Dan Welsch took care of me. He kept me posted with progress while I waited, informed me of some concerns found with my vehicle and was available to answer all my questions thoroughly without making me feel I was forced to make any decisions on repairs that I wasn’t yet ready to make. They were flexible with getting me in right away when I returned and I was able to work from my laptop in the lobby with their WiFi and complimentary coffee while I waited.
I had a very good experience at Inver Grove Honda!! Royce Phung-Vuong was my salesman and he was great! Wasn't pushy, very knowledgeable, and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend IGH!!!
Andrew Weist was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. One of my biggest pet peeves are pushy salesman. Andrew was anything but that. He was helpful and patient. He seemed like he really wanted to help us figure our what we were looking for. Jeremy Young assisted us with the financing and was the perfect compliment to the level of service that Andrew started us off with. What a team! Jamie Kohn helped over the phone with some e-pricing and differences between models before we visited the dealership. She was very educational and friendly. We desperately needed to replace our thirteen year old minivan. Collette was extremely helpful, kept to our budget, and provided us with honest answers. I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
They were not the closest Chevrolet dealer to us. We went there because of a great advertised price and a 5 star rating for the dealer. We bought a car then changed our mind because we found a better deal elsewhere. Lenzen located the same vehicle a considerable distance away, matched the price, accommodated a few other wrinkles we presented and couldn't have been nicer through the process. We're driving the exact vehicle we wanted and extremely happy with the price. Mike did a great job explaining the features of the Equinox and making the whole experience stress free. Mike Hellendrug and Jeff Lenzen took care of us extremely well.

Very comfortable spacious SUV. Hope it lasts 14 years like our last Pilot. Lots of new safety features on the 2016 like side and rear cameras.
Saxe has a very friendly staff. Nice selection of new and used vehicals. We have been buying our cars and trucks in Belle Plaine for 25 years.
