I went to Sussman Honda last week as my first of what I thought would be several stops to find a replacement for my 2003 Civic. My salesperson, Meyers Yadan, pegged me instantly (and correctly) as a value-minded customer and guided me toward some excellent 2014 and 2015 options. Ultimately, though, for the price I was given, I went for a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Civic with very few miles on it (not a result of a sales pitch, mind you; if anything, Meyers was more in line with the sensible and money-saving decision). Manager Karen Cannon pulled some strings to match financing options with what my outside lender had offered, and within hours of my arrival I drove away in a practically new car with a used car price.
Overall, it was a pleasure doing business at Sussman. Not only do I love the car, I know I can count on it to get me reliably through many years of driving. More importantly, in the conversations that came up with both Myers and Karen during the time I was there, I realized I was dealing with good people. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Sussman to anyone in the market.
