My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

Great Experience Florent Cox, Sales Rep, totally rearranged his personal schedule to accommodate us. He was professional, polite, and a great representative of Sport Honda. Sport Honda should give him a raise and a bonus for representing it so well. In addition, Mohammed, who assisted us with the financial paperwork, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the process....much appreciated!

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Ourisman Honda in Bethesda and Rich Kandel?s team is the best car dealership and I highly recommend them! This is my 4th new Honda from them and the sales and service team are the friendliest and most efficient team I have ever experienced. Plus, you cannot get a better location, downtown Bethesda, especially when waiting for service! My Pilots have been fun, sporty, with excellent safety measures and the lowest maintenance costs! You cannot go wrong at Ourisman Honda.

Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car. My salesman, Nathan Gelaye did such a great job introducing me to the car and he gave me such a great deal that I bought the car on the spot. There was no pressuren involved in my deciding to buy this car. Nathan even spent several hours going to another dealership to trade a car from Sport Honda for the color that I wanted and then he brought the car to my house. I have purchased two Hondas from Ourisman Bethesda over the past twenty years and have been very satisfied with my purchases. A key reason I keep coming back to Ourisman is John Thurston, Assistant Service Manager. John knows Honda cars, inside out. He fully understands when maintenance or repairs need to be done. More than that, he is very cost conscious, only recommending services that are required. Finally, he is friendly and courteous, always remembering his customers and their interests and concerns. I cannot recommend John and his service team more highly.

Car appears to have set up for fog lights. This car came without them.question; can I have fog lights installed at my cost? My two previous Tucson’s had them and very helpful driving in fog and snow which I do a lot for work.

They had the Civic in the color that I wanted, told me they could match the offer I?d received elsewhere for one in a different color, and delivered on what they said they would. They were straightforward, efficient, no-pressure. The entire team was great to work with, and I love my new car. Would gladly buy a car from them again.

I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports Family. On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car. My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter. Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. Then, he introduced me to Business Manager Josue Canas-Benavides. Josue handled the financing. In addition to handling my financing, he also guided me through the necessary warranty and beneficial protection plans. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car. Mike assisted me in transferring items from my old car to my new car. Even though they closed at 6:00, Mike was there wrapping things up with me until I happily drove off at 8:30. The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car. I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department. I am very excited and pleased with my new car and feel confident that Sport Honda will take very good care of it in the future! Based on my extraordinary experience, I highly recommend Sport Honda.

Greydi was my salesperson. He was very professional and helped make the process easy. I traded in my vehicle and purchased a 2021 Accord 2.0 Touring. With my trade in, I was still owed money. The check was delayed a couple of days from when I was told I should receive it. I would definitely recommend Jim Coleman Honda, as I had a very good experience.
