I'd been shopping for a 2025 Ridgeline for several months and found exactly the color and trim package I wanted at Sheehy for a good price. Most dealerships hadn't marked down the 2025 models when the 2026 models came out, but Sheehy offered a good price AND gave me an additional military discount. On top of that, the salesman (Jay Santos) was top notch. He came in on his day off to work with me on a Sunday, and was very professional and knowledgable. Often, the car buying experience is tedious and unpleasant. But with Jay is was straight forward and efficient. When it comes time to do this again, I'll be looking at Sheehy first.

I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Not really sure I understand but the GMC maintenance that I bought through a different dealership wasn?t as straight forward with other dealerships but she still made it a very easy experience. She explained how the maintenance contract works so moving forward it will be easier. While I did end up paying for service I am still very satisfied with the service that I received and I felt like I was well taken care. I will continue to use this dealership due to the level of of care I received. Great service!

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

The staff at Ourisman Honda of Tyson’s provided a great deal on a quality car that was already competitive in its price. Abel and other staff were very helpful and friendly and didn’t give any pressure as I decided and negotiated. Sales managers Shawn and Nico helped me by bringing the price to an even more attractive deal and seemed pleased I was able to save even more than the original sticker price. Good experience all around.
