I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Bolt from Ron Tonkin in the Fall. Had to take it in for a recall repair and took advantage of a free multi-point inspection. Excellent experience all the way around. Irma was my main point of contact - very professional, helpful, and friendly.

I have a Ridgeline pickup truck. It is getting great gas mileage. 25 miles to the gallon. It has lots of room for me and the back seats fold up and gives you even more.

He even went the extra mile to secure me a great financing option even though my credit is terrible. The few members of the rest of the crew that I spoke to were also very professional and kind. If you can put up with it's ridiculously small interior, this car is great--it runs well (I have over 300K miles on it now), even though repairs are a little costly when they are finally needed, and it gets on down the road REALLY well!

This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

I've had Hondas since late seventies and they've gotten better every car. My latest is the 2022 civic sport touring. The features and comfort and performance are outstanding. Highly recommend this car. My best one yet.

This is my second Honda Element and it is perfect for transporting 1 large dog and 2 cats in kennels to the mountain cabin and return. The roomy interior is comfortable and it has no problem at all with snow. Not the best gas mileage but I wouldn’t drive anything else!

Have a 2018 Ridgeline RTL-T bought used with 20,000 miles in 2020. Love the vehicle but since 1/2022 new fuel injectors and 6/2022 Torque converter and new Right front axle. All so far has been covered under warranty - saw the price submitted to Honda for all of it abt $5200. I still love the vehicle but wonder what’s coming next. Power train warranty only good for 60,000 miles and 5 years and my mileage now at 55,000. Hope things better down the road. I added an after market tailgate lock which works perfect includes backup camera.

It's a perfect fit great legroom and cargo space because I like to shop the seats fold down and it's just cute since I'm short I didn't need it to be any bigger!

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

I have never been so impressed with a service center. They are the best. I was not a fan years ago but now I will not go anywhere else. I had a bid from a non-Toyota mechanic shop for 2600.00. I got a second opinion from Wilsonville toyota and they diagnosed the real problem and fixed it for $130.00. They are great. Highly recommend.

This is a great car for commuting. Excellent gas mileage of 39+MPG on the highway (without traffic). You can't go wrong with the reliability and affordability of a Honda. Getting a safe car under $30K is becoming increasing difficult in 2023. I only wish it came in AWD! Are listening engineers. not everyone wants to drive a CR-V.

Most comfortable riding vehicle I’ve ever owned. Does everything I need a truck to do. Gets me 80 miles round trip for work in comfort, hauls 18 ft boat, wood from Home Depot, junk to the dump and looks and feels good doing it. 50k miles now with no mechanical issues. Great light truck.

We drove to Wilsonville from Richland Wa. 3 1/2 hrs. Totally worth the trip for the laid back no pressure experience you get with this dealership. We got a great trade in value and and wonderful deal our new purchase

It was great except they still hide in the back office. The paper process was long ordeal. Sales were great The finance guy was great. Don't know who was in the back office.

I have the Accord Sport. It is great, saving gas. Nice interior design. I haven’t tried the Sport function yet, because it is fast and save Gas with Eco Drive right now. I just wish my accord have map on the screen. But it doesn’t matter. It’s good with the price.
