Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

I found the car online called them and set up a test drive. They gave me some money for my clunker of a car which I was going to junk. They found me a better interest rate than the one my bank had. Overall good experience. I bought a certified used car. I was disappointed to see the gas tank at empty when I picked it up. I was told they did not fill certified used cars only new cars when purchased. I had to come back for my second set of keys and get it created. That gave me an opportunity to use their service center right away. The service center lady was very nice and they took care of me pretty quick.
I looked at the Kia Cadenza and the car was comfortable and stylish. However, I did not purchase the car because of limited selection and the dealer would not be able to trade with others,condidered looking elsewhere but ended up with another option. I would highly recommend David McCarthy if you visit this dealership. He is honest, ethical, and great to work with!!

I originally went to his dealership because they had a Crew Cab Long Box, which I was having trouble finding in the town where I live. Not only did he have the truck I needed, but he was a comfortable guy to buy from. Hes a sweetheart and a gentleman - with a lot of sales experience. As a woman making this transaction alone, I did not feel intimidated at all. All the guys at Dover Chevy were very friendly and respectful, and most importantly they were considerate. I was expetting a check from my insurance company to make my downpayment and they held the new truck for me until I received the check. The price was fair, and the process was quick.
Visited Dover Chevrolet after an unpleasant experience at another dealership. We were greeted and introduced to a salesman named Sean Turner. We were very happy with our experience. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Were senior citizens and he treated us with respect and was never aggressive. He worked with us to get a deal we were very happy with.
