Mike Piazza Honda review
Great experience. My first honda. I did call and make my appointment over the phone. When I got there, the whole crew was very helpful. No stress at all.
2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Serra of JacksonReviews
Serra of Jackson review
Great place to buy a vehicle, I found the deal on a vehicle I wanted online, sent a inquiry to make sure it was still available, Mark Talkington replied that it was, after a couple of emails verifying the deal I was looking for I went to the dealership, got there the vehicle was already pulled to the front waiting for me went on a test drive including the highway which allowed me to see how it handled while Mark went over some of the features of the vehicle, when we got back Mark asked if I thought the vehicle was right for me, we went in and started the paperwork, the whole process from pulling on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle was about 2 hours, Mark Talkington and Johnathan Cox made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible never any pressure to buy anything extra (yes they did offer extras and add ons, that is part of their job) overall a great buying experience and was well worth the drive to Jackson, when I need another vehicle Serra will be at the top of my list of places to look!

2026 Honda Odyssey review
We had a 2019 that was a good car, but we decided to upgrade to a 2026. We love it. The only problem we had was the A/C wasn't blowing cold. For some reason it was over charged. But that has been fixed and we are loving it.

Ruth, my saleswoman, was very professional, informative, caring and patient with me. I've never done a review regarding my new car buying experience, yet I had to take the time to write this one.
2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Ed Martin Nissan review
Karisa at Ed Martin Nissan in Indianapolis was absolutely outstanding!! She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and very thorough throughout the whole purchase process. Her follow up afterwards was much appreciated. The entire Ed Martin group was fantastic. From the moment I walked in til the day I drove my new vehicle off the lot. Thank you to everyone at Ed Martin Nissan. This was hands down the best car buying experience!!!
2022 Honda Odyssey review
Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

Sequoia Motors review
Spent the afternoon shopping for cars locally and found these guys on Ocean St. Let me look at multiple cars and ended up comparing between a toyota camry and honda accord. I fell in love with the Camry. They had the vehicle cleaned well and did have a maintenance record on the particular vehicle I was looking at. I would visit again if they had a vehicle I was looking for and overall had a good experience. Rach
2015 Honda Odyssey review
We are looking at kiddo 4 on the way. My wife has wanted a van for some time, and we finally really need to use one. We found a great deal on a 2015 Odyssey... First, drive several. I have been in Siennas, but think they are an ugly car with a weird layout. I drove a caravan and Pacifica as well as a couple odyssey vans. The Honda is quieter and rides more like a car with a sportier suspension than the others. Second, what do you need. I was close on a newer Pacifica as it had all the bells and whistles, but the Honda holds value better and we found one with almost the same. Third, accept it, it is a van, it’s not “fun” to drive, but this odyssey rides better than others, mileage is good and we can get Littles in and out easily!

I give them 5 stars with all sincerity. During the vehicle purchasing process, they explained every detail regarding the car we were interested in. From the very beginning, they were extremely courteous, professional, and patient. The attention, dedication, and approach they demonstrated made everything much easier and stress-free. They truly understand how to treat a customer. We had a wonderful car-buying experience—I honestly hadn't expected it to be this easy—and their approach to pricing and payment terms was truly commendable. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

had an excellent experience purchasing my Honda CR-V thanks to Kevin. He was incredibly easy to work with, transparent throughout the entire process, and truly focused on helping me find the best vehicle for my needs and budget. I never felt pressured or rushed, which is rare when buying a car. Everything was straightforward and honest—no surprises, no games. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend working with him if you want a smooth, stress-free experience.

We scheduled some warranty work with Joe in the service dept. He explained what they were going to do and why it was important to keep up with this service. When they were finishing up, he advised of a couple of filters that were very dirty and needed to be changed. He provided good communication throughout the work. Overall we are very pleased with the whole Tom Hodges team.

Frank makes buying a new car a easy experience great to deal with and great price
2020 Honda Odyssey review
I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years, with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

2009 Honda Odyssey review
2009 Odyssey EX. Bought used with 193k miles. Couldn't be more reliable. Great design inside and out. Excellent structural integrity. Everything works. Built solid. Hauls xxx. I average 23 mpg overall with the 244 HP 3.5 V6.

Mazda of Port CharlotteReviews
Mazda of Port Charlotte review
We originally saw the auto online and talked about a trade in via phone. Richard Walsh made the transaction easy and pleasant. He knew we would be driving down from the Northeast and would be exhausted; papers were organized and ready, car was right up front when we pulled up. The dealership was clean; people very friendly, the car was clean, had mats and 2 keys. YAY! I would recommend Mazda of Port Charlotte and Rich Walsh. We will be back when shopping for a second car. Thank You
2020 Honda Odyssey review
We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans. The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

Rocky's Auto SalesReviews
Rocky's Auto Sales review
I drove out to visit with Rockys Auto sales, for a Lexus LX 570. Vinnie was excellent, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. He even let me drive the vehicle half an hour to my mechanic so he could check it out! Although I was unable to purchase the vehicle, I would highly recommend them, it was like dealing with a family friend. The vehicle checked out, extremely well, they really know their vehicles! I will definitely go back when I am in need of another vehicle.
2012 Honda Odyssey review
This car has met my family needs for 8 years. The next owner will be happy to purchase the car. It is a very good for family with kids.
