We want to sincerely thank everyone at Harlan Ford for their kindness and honesty with us when our truck broke down in Okmulgee on our way to Galveston . it was Sunday night and we parked our fifth wheel and pickup in their driveway overnight. First thing Monday morning Tracy helped us get right in and Stephen, the mechanic, fixed it in less than two hours. The cost was very reasonable. We were extremely pleased and thankful that we broke down close to them.
Gerard helped make what has previously be torturous experiences a pleasant one. I dreaded purchasing a car expecting the same old same old. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I bought a great car and hopefully a salesperson I can rely on for each car purchase from here on out.
My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.

I was shopping for a Jeep Liberty to tow behind my RV. Explained this necessity as absolutely the reason I was there to buy a Jeep Liberty they had in their dealership. The salesman that I worked with went the extra step for me and contacted two different Jeep service departments to make sure to this vehicle could be flat towed. With no extra equipment needed.
Our salesman, Sean Connelly, and our finance man, Grant Geer, were great! There were no high-pressure sales techniques or "arm-twisting" with either of them. They were engaging, professional and just the perfect people to get us into a new car.They were willing to wait for us to decide what we needed to do without bothering us with phone calls or texting pressure. I would highly recommend both of these men to anyone purchasing a Toyota. JIm Norton Toyota is THE place to go for your new car!
This dealership actually made the car buying process enjoyable! I???ve been to several different places, including another Toyota dealership, but none had the customer service of Jim Norton. They gave me respect without pressuring me into any deal. I left feeling good about the purchase.

Everything about our buying experience at Jim Nortons was excellent. After a volley of texts back and forth a few days prior to going in between Brandon and myself my family and I popped in on black friday to take a look at a rav4 for my wife. Honestly it was more for a test drive than anything else because we still weren't sure what vehicle she wanted but if we found "THE ONE" we were ready to play. When we came in first thing in the morning they were already pretty busy but that did not stop them from being readily available for us. At this point we met Mr.Friday, I told him from the get exactly what I wanted, what I wanted to spend etc. And he got straight to work for us. He found the exact car we wanted, in the price range we were willing to spend and made it happen. Instead of being like previous car dealer experiences I've had at other places trying to shove a vehicle down your throat that you dont particularly want in a price range that isn't in the budget he waved the magic wand and put this rav4 in our driveway. I highly recommend this dealership, they have a vast inventory, knowledgable and friendly staff (especially Mr.Friday), a large volume of lenders for just about any credit situation, and pressure free environment that gives you room to make your own decision. Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.
I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.
The salesperson was very accommodating and easy to work with. The car was delivered from California in four days but had to wait an additional eight days for title transfer. Thankyou Oklahoma! Picking up the vehicle was fairly easy and the staff was professional and congenial. The vehicle was everything that was promised and I would definitely recommend them .
