I arrived very early for an 9:30 AM appointment and Mo Badi was there and ready for me. Passport had the auto in front lot for me to view, and Mo answered all of my questions. This loaner vehicle was never titled so it was a actually a new/used Mini Cooper with 8K miles and 2-years left on the warranty. They had the window sticker ready for me to review, and I asked for it specifically. No tricks and no illusions. We just haggled for a few minutes(you have to barter) and arrived at a deal we both felt good signing. Great experience, great people, and great coffee. It was a great early Christmas present to my wife.
Came into the Easterns in Alexandria looking for a SUV. Took a look at a few and finally we found the perfect one for us. All the options we could possibly ask for. I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.
I worked with John Massaqoui who was the best salesman I ever had. He was straight to the point and did not play the old sneaky car salesman. He researched the absolute best deal for my unfortunate situation and for that i am more than thankful.
My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. George Devine was my sales rep & he was exceptional. He was courteous, knowledgeable & friendly. The thing I liked the most about George is that he was not overbearing & trying every "sales tactic" he could just to make a sale. He wanted to make sure I was heard & that my needs were considered. It was the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in dealing with a sales person.
This place is so great, I now go there instead of the place 10 minutes closer to me. I have been there twice, and was so thrilled with the amazing customer service. They do it right!
