2022 Honda HR-V review
Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

2017 Honda HR-V review
I own a 2017 Honda HRV 1.5 Petrol FW CVT (European model). I’m the first owner and I just reached 220k Kilometers. No issues so far except for a start/stop button replacement and a scheduled suspension replacement (200k). All the services and oil changes were made on time according to the manual. I also started doing the oil/fluid changes (engine & cvt transmission) in less kilometers than the proposed schedule once the car reached 180k kilometers. The European edition 1.5 petrol motor responds well but I believe that a bigger motor would be more suitable for the specific model. I’ve traveled a lot on asphalt, gravel and snow (with a good pair of snow tires) and in temperatures varying between 14 to 113 Fehrenheit.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. 2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

All I can say is WOW (in the best way) about my recent experience with their service department and collision center. My family moved to Rhode Island in October after living my whole life in the upper Midwest. I found out about Saccucci Honda because I drove by it on the way to my parents house in Middletown. Jason Poston in your service department is a huge asset to the dealership. He has helped me with numerous things from day one, including things like spilled soda making the parking brake sticky to putting on my RI plates to inspecting the underside of the car when I drove over a curb recently. While I was there to get the underside of the car looked at I showed him some damage to the bumper from when a F150 had recently hit my parked car. I had been planning to take it to Quonset because they’re like 1/4 mile from where I live, but when I was in the service department Jason grabbed Michaela from the collision center and showed her the damage. I was dubious that they could repair it just by refinishing the bumper, and so she looked it over. I didn’t notice at all, but Michaela immediately saw that the trunk alignment was off. She reminded me that I’m able to take it anywhere I choose for the repair, so I cancelled my appointment with Quonset. Within a couple weeks they were able to get my car in for repair, and I had a lovely CRV to drive while it was fixed. I dropped my car off on Monday morning, and on Friday I got an email from her that my car was ready. But after that I got a call from USAA saying they found more damage and had to do another inspection. I was so confused! I called Michaela, and she immediately straightened me out. It really was ready. USAA just took their time calling me (they’d been out days prior). It’s a 2017 Civic, so I was SO pleased to see that my car looks good as new. And the inside and outside were beautifully detailed. I was so happy with my experience that I will continue going to Saccucci for all my needs even though my parents moved off the island and it’s a 40 minute drive each way. They’re just that good!
2024 Honda CR-V review
Purchased at Lease return, a 2019 with 20k miles, I am at 70k and its been consistent. Gas, Oil change, minor filters, wipers etc. getting average around town 32 MPG on long trips if i stay under or at 70 MPH it gets close to 40 MPG (Its not a hybrid)

On Sunday, August 7th, as my husband and I were driving our one year old Honda CR-V to the Newport Jazz Festival, we started to hear some odd sounds whenever we drove over a bump. My husband parked at one point and looked under the car and found that our splash guard underneath the car was the culprit. We were almost at Newport, so we decided to enjoy our day of jazz and window-shopping and then called the general number of the Honda road repair people, who suggested that we visit the Saccucci Honda dealership, which was on our way home. Usually, I dread being at a car dealership, enduring the slow wait for the completion of car repairs. But what a surprisingly pleasant experience greeted me at the Saccucci Honda dealership near Newport. First of all, a friendly golden retriever welcomed us when we walked into the waiting room. It even sat obediently so as to earn a doggy biscuit. I enjoyed petting the friendly, tail-wagging creature, who roamed around freely, dispensing affection and companionship. Apparently, there are other dogs as well, though I didn’t see them. I assume that if a client is allergic to dog dander, the dogs are corralled into a special “dander-free” area for them. As a dog-lover who lost my beloved black lab, Spartacus, two years ago, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to interact with this friendly pup. I had pleasant conversations with two older men in the waiting room, who also dog turned out to be dog-lovers. Ordinarily, I seldom talk to strangers in a car dealership. Within less than an hour, we learned that our splash guard had been hanging down, with the retainers not held in place. The repairman noted that it looked like the previous mechanic at our Honda dealership in Massachusetts had screwed up during our recent visit there, so they diagnosed our problem waived our bill, urging us to return to the previous dealership to have it fixed. The canine ambassador broke the ice and enabled me to enjoy two conversations with other canine fans that made the time fly. Needless to say, I was so impressed that the people at Saccucci dealership willingly took responsibility for our problem, even though they had not caused it. I heartily recommend visiting this dealership, if you are ever near Newport. Having friendly dogs roaming as ambassadors in a car dealership is a brilliant idea. I hope other dealerships pick up on this practice. After two years of Covid, we all need to start socializing again. *****Well done, Saccucci Honda!!! And I’m not related to any of the staff either. August 31, 2021 Saccucci Review I bought a new, 2021 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid from Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI. Being new to hybrid vehicles, from the beginning when I walked through the door and asked to talk to someone knowledgeable about plug-in hybrids, I felt comfortable dealing with the Pre-owned Vehicle Sales Manager, Casey Martin. For the past 3 years, Casey has been driving the type of car I was looking to buy. He was honest and forthcoming about the pros and cons from his experience. I place a lot of value on dealing with companies and people that are trustworthy, technically knowledgeable and competent, and that provide high quality customer service, especially on big ticket items. When I asked Casey to put some numbers together regarding the total cost of the vehicle, the value of my trade-in, and the bottom line, I was extremely surprised to see that Saccucci was passing on to me a $5,000 Honda incentive discount off the MSRP for my new Clarity. That discount never came up in my dealings with other dealerships as I was pricing the very same car with other dealers in RI and MA. All other dealers were asking for the MSRP of $34,790 or close to it. Once I decided I wanted to buy the Clarity, there were a few hurdles to overcome. First, Casey needed to locate a Clarity from another dealer. Saccucci had sold their last one. Within a day he found one. From that point, the Saccucci team was very helpful facilitating the delivery and registration process, complicated by the need to schedule appointments to do in-person business in the MA RMV. Saccucci normally takes care of the registration process, but I wanted to get my new “EV” plate ASAP, which can take up to 2-3 weeks. Once a next-business-day appointment was scheduled, they made it happen covering for staff vacations, time off, etc.. Special thanks to Pat McLaughlin and Shannon, sales consultants, Stephanie, Kellyann, and other back-office staff. Also, special thanks to Luke for a great job introducing me to my new car with a well organized and thorough orientation. 2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. 2019 Honda Pilot review
OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise.The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.

2023 Honda CR-V review
I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

2021 Honda CR-V review
Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!

2020 Honda CR-V review
I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

2017 Honda HR-V review
I own a 2017 Honda HRV 1.5 Petrol FW CVT (European model). I’m the first owner and I just reached 220k Kilometers. No issues so far except for a start/stop button replacement and a scheduled suspension replacement (200k). All the services and oil changes were made on time according to the manual. I also started doing the oil/fluid changes (engine & cvt transmission) in less kilometers than the proposed schedule once the car reached 180k kilometers. The European edition 1.5 petrol motor responds well but I believe that a bigger motor would be more suitable for the specific model. I’ve traveled a lot on asphalt, gravel and snow (with a good pair of snow tires) and in temperatures varying between 14 to 113 Fehrenheit.

2011 Honda Element review
My boyfriend has a Honda Element and I adore that car so much. 2017 Honda CR-V review
2017 Honda CRV Touring, purchased new. Average 34mpg, AWD, 75,000 miles. Only problem is every other month, the dashboard screen flickers uncontrollably until car is turned off. Other than that this vehicle has been 100% reliable with zero mechanical or other electrical issues.

Front brakes failed;Was in a serious time crunch and needed the warranty repair done asap...After a little back and forth, they were able to take the car in and repair it same day (New front brakes and left caliper). Got it done for me in less than 2 hrs (including 2 road tests pre/post). They also honored the warranty and charged us nothing. Time will tell when it comes the repair however, the cars feels a lot better. Overall, good experience here...may get another secondary car from these guys in the future.
2010 Honda CR-V review
We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

2016 Honda Pilot review
Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.
