I had to take my car in for a major recall. Arron Dixon was my SA. He was very attentive and very professional in taking care of my car.The car had to sit at the dealership for almost 2 months while they wait for the parts to arrive. I was very apprehensive that my car would have some type of damage or scratch for sitting outside for so long or that some mechanic would want to take the car for a joy ride. Well when the car was ready, Arron washed the car and had me inspect the car. It was perfect like the day i bought it. I waited to give this review for a few months for fear that they did'nt do the work properly. So far everything is fine and no problems. Arron and his staff did a great job fixing my car right the first time.

I currently have a 2025 Ford Maverick truck that I purchased brand new off the lot in June 2025. It currently has 1735.0 miles on it, to date this truck has been an excellent vehicle in every respect. I am very pleased with the gas mileage I'm getting both in town and on the freeway. 23 city/ 34 hwy. IT does ride like a truck, because after all that's what it is. It handles very good both in town and on the highway. It's very roomy inside, for just the wife and myself. I am somewhat disappointed in the paint job, as it seems to get scratched and smudged pretty easy. Have to look it over every couple of days. I would gladly recommend the Maverick truck to anyone looking for a smaller truck, not want to tow or haul large loads. It has become my daily driver, and I'm able to leave my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder parked more or for longer road trips where the comfort is more desired. David Kiel

My husband and I are long time Kia Sorento owners. We've been leasing them for over 12 yrs! We absolutely LOVE them. In all those 12+ years, we've leased every single one of them from Capitol Kia in San Jose because we're just loyal like that but after our last deal with them we felt like the loyalty just wasnt being reciprocated.  Well we decided to try our luck at a new dealership and we had just happened to get a flyer in the mail for Dublin Kia so we figured we'd take a drive and check them out....boy are we glad we did!!!  First off, when we walked in we were greeted at the desk by Naseem, the nicest, smiliest, guy which we initially thought was the receptionist but he turned out to be our salesman who was beyond amazing!! Since this was our 5th Kia, we knew exactly what we wanted and the deal we were looking for which we knew might be a tough negotiation but after explaining what we needed to Naseem, he went to his colleagues, Amir, who is the dealerships awesome manager and Shah, the fantastic general manager, who both were so cool about making sure we got the deal we needed and literally made the whole thing happen in less than an hour!!! We had to leave to pick our son up from school and by the time we got back they had our new 2025 Sorento XLine Series, washed, cleaned and ready to go!!  This was the easiest and most pain free car buying experience we've ever had and the best part was just how welcoming, friendly and positive they were that we had come to the right place to sign another lease with KIA!! We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new KIA in the entire Bay Area, even if you live all the way in San Jose, it's worth the drive to Dublin!!  Be sure to ask for Naseem, Amir and Shah...these guys will surely take care of you!! I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

It could not have been easier to buy my car. I searched and found the car on cars.com, clicked check availability, and in a short time, I heard from Laura who was awesome. I have owned the car for three years. No issues whatsoever. Drives nice on the highway and gives me the range I need for my regular commute. Very comfortable car to drive. The trunk is tiny, but that's typically not a problem. I give the car five stars. Very satisfied.

Alberto was very nice and brought clarity to the financing, charges and additional purchase options we could choose and did including the extended warranty (opted for since new vehicles have tons of computer components and buttons that can fail and cost big bucks to repair, divided out over the length, was only a couple hundred bucks additional each year), gap insurance and Zurich protection. Very impressed and happy with our experience and purchase. Looking forward to returning for services visits and to buy our next Ram truck there. Side note, I had viewed other dealers websites and even called them but chose to come to Walnut Creek CJDR when I spoke to my uncle about our interest in getting a Pacifica Hybrid. He has known multiple people there for decades and highly recommended them and their professionalism. It is rare to find people who have worked at the same dealership for 15, 20 years and that is true here because they are great people and a great dealership who care about the customer.

The experience was easy and fast they were not pushy and not trying to sell a different car the sales man was friendly and very helpful and did what he could to make it easy and fast to get out of there

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

Antioch Toyota had the 2024 Toyota Corolla SE Hatch in Inferno color in stock. I recieved the best price in the region and their trade-in offer was generous. I highly recommend this dealership, my sales associate, Laura Benham and their finance guy, Richard. They didn't bend me around a post on the negotiations and respected my time. I'll definitely be back when I need service.

The 2026 Palisades Calligraphy Hybrid is awesome, I loved my 2023 Palisades Calligraphy, but the Hybrid is far and away better from the increased horsepower, back to the 6 speed transmission and the outrageous MPG 600 plus to a tank, I drove the BMW X5 and X7, the MB, Porches, etc. could not find a $35,000 to $90,000 differences. For $60,000 and the 10/100,000 it cannot be beat.

So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

It was good. It was good to spend. I like it. They answer my questions.

I love driving this vehicle. It had 2 engines . Front Gas powered and Rear Electric Powered. There is immediate power from stopped on starts without hesitation. Has 5 different modes from eco and Hybrid to All Wheel Drive and SPORT mode. Mileage is great at approx 27 to 29 MPG. Plug in recharge is both 110V and 220V so you can plug it in ANYWHERE. The ride as my wife states is like butter.....what ever that means It is SMOOTH and quiet. Has lots of power for pulling trailer / 22 ft Boat and for passing quickly. Love all the safety features from 360 cameras and automatic brakes and side warning alarms. It even steers itself so you stay in your lane and don't wander. Exceptional Car.

Laid back experience. Cars are as is-what you see is what you get. The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking. Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.

As far as practicality goes, I think the minivan was the greatest vehicle ever conceived. My main problem with all of them is relatively poor mileage. That problem has mostly been solved by the Pacifica PLUG-IN Hybrid. Battery mileage is about 30 miles and that covers 90% of our daily driving . A fast charger at home generates a full charge in less than 2 hours and, stopping home for a few minutes allows a "top-up" if we go out again. We have often gone two months without having to fill up! I have solar panels sufficient to meet both home and hybrid needs. I followed development of this Hybrid Pacifica for several years and held off replacing my 2011 Town & Country until it was available. Normally we have replaced our minivans every three years since our first Dodge Caravan in 1985. Note that it was worth the wait. (I keep my pickups for closer to 9 years and am waiting to see the TESLA electric truck!) This Pacifica is close to perfect and later models are even better having added a couple things I miss (garage door openers and driver's seat memory among them.) The interior is great and well finished and is as nice as my last Mercedes (1986 300E.) I was a bit disappointed when the new gas Pacifica announced an AWD version but did not extend AWD to the Hybrid. If they do upgrade the Hybrid version, that will be my next vehicle. Other than that, I will keep this one until they add something else I can't live wihtout!

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.
