Donna was very helpful. She showed me a van that I was interested in. And then I decided I wanted to see a second one and she went out and found it for me. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I wanted to know about and suggested she could help me in the future because I did not find anything yet.

I have yet to decide on the car I was looking at, but I was working with Robert and found him to be very professional. There were none of the high pressured sales techniques you expect and receive at most dealerships. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for someone who lives in Las Vegas. I have no reservations in buying the car I was looking at from this dealership. A refreshing change after dealing with so many "threatening" and pushy people in Vegas.

Outstanding service! I bought my first car with them and they treated us really well. They were really great to work with and made sure I was happy with what I was getting. 2021 Hyundai ELANTRA review
This replaced my 2017 limited Elantra. For the same price, I got a completely different car with more features. I get on average 42-54 mpg. Plenty of power when you need it, and a lot of safety features. I did have an issue with the power steering harness being installed improperly, but the dealership fixed it within a day

Damien was cool. Came in to inquire about selling and he helped us through the whole process. Was super friendly. I don?t know what he had to do but whatever it was he seemed to work fast so I know he was working hard. He checked in with us throughout the process and made sure we were ok. He communicated really well about each Stephan?s time frame. Great experience. If you sell your car ask for Damien.

Findlay Kia Las VegasReviews
Findlay Kia Las Vegas review
Outstanding experience in my recent purchase through Findlay Kia. From reaching out through the internet to Sarah Foster who directed me to Kekoa Hunter, a great sales representative who worked with me on the sale of the vehicle and my trade in, to a super easy, quick, financing experience that answered all my questions, and included extended warranty purchase and Q&A, with Derrick Timberlake, to finally all the necessary paperwork needed for online registration (in less than a week) by Tiffany Anderson, this was one of the easiest, most positive vehicle purchases I have ever made. I hope all those that deal with Findlay Kia receive the same top notch service that I did and I would like to thank all those listed above for an overall great experience.

Ventura ToyotaReviews
Ventura Toyota review
I visited several dealerships looking for a very specific car with certain features, and I couldn’t find it anywhere. At one point, another dealership even tried to sell me a lower model for more than the higher model I actually wanted. When I went to Ventura Toyota, Eddie was able to quickly locate the exact car I had been searching for. He was honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Eddie was also very patient with my elderly grandfather, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made everything simple and stress-free. One of the best parts was that there were no outrageous markups on the car like I saw at other dealerships. When the car arrived we did a test drive and he went over so many thing about the car, he stayed until closing to help me finish the paperwork, set up my phone, and walk me through all the tech features. The next day he even checked in to make sure everything was going well and reminded me I could contact him anytime if I needed help. Eddie truly went above and beyond, and it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. When it’s time for my next car, I will absolutely be coming back to Ventura Toyota and asking for Eddie.

Smooth process and friendly people. I appreciated how above board it all was. Happy with my purchase! I felt well taken care of. (If they wanted to jump to 6/5 stars, a nice cup of coffee would have done the trick haha)
