I think that the current group of advisors is excellent, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It is a stressful job with lots of demands but never once did i feel ignored. We should remember that a bit of politeness and good attitude goes a long way.

Route 46 Nissan review
Our Salesman, Mark Hickman was very patient, professional and caring. My daughter & I were not rushed even after we changed the car we originally came in for. Mark had the car pulled out and placed under the Service dept awning prior to us getting there so we were not out in the hot sun. When we asked to see the other car he gladly assisted us. The sale went smoothly and my daughter ended up with a car she just loves. We sat with Carlos, the Sales Manager as we completed the process. Carlos answered any questions we had and was courteous and professional throughout the transaction. Mitsubishi dealerships are getting fewer unfortunately and this dealership is not that convenient for us to travel to, however after the service that was provided the little bit of inconvenience was well worth the trip!

Dover Dodge Route 15 Used Car Center review
I was driving by this dealership and was happy to find it here on Cars.com too and now have a hub to their inventory on my favorite Car site! I am an online car shopping junkie of a sort and when I do decide to move on my next Used vehicle I will check Dover Used Car Center first because when I walked in I was treated as a person and not a target! Thanks for allowing me to browse and ask questions and not bombarding or pressuring me after. I look forward to doing business soon.

I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

Lynnes NissanReviews
Lynnes Nissan review
I have 2 vehicles with Nissan brand: the 2019 Murano seems to be a good choice but in the past year, while driving on the parkway north returning from Maryland; some crazy young man cut in front of me and stopped suddenly with no car in front of him. I had to step on my breaks all the way down to the floor to prevent that accident although I think that driver was an insurance fraud. My car whole front line jammed, showing on the screen the breaks failed.I took my car to Nissan of Bloomfield and my technician was Mike D’Aloa. He had the car diagnosed, gave me great advise, different options but the job must have been done. Yes that driver on the parkway cost me to spend thousands of dollars but with Mike D’Aloa and the Nissan crew made my car running great again. I will always take my cars to Nissan of Bloomfield for all my services. Thanks! My pathfinder is running fine but the AC blowing hot air, without making an appointment,on one Tuesday morning at 7:30,I drove to that branch for service. The service department open at 8 AM and at 7:45 AM, a guy opened the door,he was very friendly and told me that the service is not yet open but called someone else to assist me. He got me a ticket service, he told me that he would call me to let me know how much money the service would have cost me.Surely he called but my phone was not ringing and he left me a voicemail saying that : your car is ready for pick up. He told me the price, the time the service department is closing. I have been to other Nissan branches and they are not customers services oriented as the Nissan branch in the city of Bloomfield.

Sansone Rt 1 Auto Mall review
The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Dover Dodge Route 15 Used Car Center review
It was amazing! Having two toddlers with me and the bf lol is a lot of work but Tristan was amazing and worked very quickly with me since this morning before even coming in....pretty much when I arrived I had to sign documents get insurance, test drive in parking lot (only bc the area, I was unfamiliar with) and th3n sign some more paper work and off I went. And the kids did get a little fussy but no complaints from anyone which is always so nice. I mean 2 under 2 is a lot already and they worked their magic and got me a car even with low credit and a repow.....repo..... thanks so much guys!!!!

Where to start? Maybe the best and most accommodating staff I've ever dealt with. Joe Ippolito is truly tops in his field. The entire staff really went out of there way to make us feel like family. I'm the proud owner of a new Santa Fe and the process was absolutely painless. Kudos all around!

2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Ricardo is one of the most honest people I’ve ever dealt with in car buying. He went above and beyond just to make sure I was 100% comfortable. The whole process couldn’t have been smoother, and it’s all because of him. Super trustworthy team too. Thank you so much for my beautiful ride.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

Good gas mileage. Turbo model is peppy & surprisingly responsive. All wheel drive great in upstate NY winters. Very comfortable interior, enjoyable to drive, especially long trips.
