They have always taken care of me and my car. Unfortunately my car came with a manufacture defect which has meant multiple visits to the dealership but they always been very nice to me and had put up with my nagging. Edson has taken care of my many times and his service is alway great.

I got this from Gosch Hyundai in Hemet. I have the limited addition which is loaded. The purchase experience was great. My sales person Joey and his manager Ryan help make the deal work. The car works great and I charge it at home every night using my solar panels. I drive 60 miles to work each day and save about 600.00 a month in gas alone. I would recommend the Kona EV and Gosch Hyundai to everyone.

I highly recommend servicing your Hyundai car here. They are attentive, honest and reliable. I have driven a Hyundai for 22 years now and this is the best service department I have ever dealt with. Now with that said, a big flaw is not offering loaner cars. I don't have access to another car and every time my car has had a major issue, I have had to sit at the dealership for hours because there is nothing I can do. Renting a car last minute is usually not feasible or available. I am currently looking at getting a new car sometime this year. While I have been very happy with Hyundai, not offering loaner cars is a big factor in my decision in what car I end up buying.

I dealt with probably 8-10 different dealers before contacting Norm Reeves Hyundai and wished I had just reached out to them sooner. I drove 100 miles out of my way based on a FEELING that I had about them as well as my dealing with Zo Saleem over emails and text and felt assured that there would be no games, no bait and switch, no drama and I was right. I spent probably 1 hour at the dealership to sign papers and make sure car was gassed up and ready to go. But they honored the deal we made online and now I'm a happy customer. I have been getting my 2015 Hyundai Elantra serviced right from the start of my 2015 purchase. I have always had Excellent service. The Dealership is always very clean and well maintained. Waiting area is always Clean and provides you with coffee and snacks. Big screen TV. Bathroom facilities are always clean. From the time I drive up to the time I leave has always been a great experience. Staffing is always very polite and professional.
