Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

We purchased the 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy. We absolutely love this SUV. It is so comfortable to ride in regardless of where you sit. I haven’t found anything I don’t absolutely love about this SUV. Lots of room and it’s quiet. I love all the features this model has as well as the overall appearance. I would highly recommend purchasing this SUV.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

Love the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. It is a lot bigger and heavier than previous models. It handles very well, is quiet and very nice riding car. Lots of cargo space, roomy interior and well tricked out for a mid-range model. Gas mileage varies but depending on the wind conditions, but gets surprisingly good numbers. On a recent trip of about 120 miles, the car averaged 35+ mpg. We love the exterior looks of the car. No flaws detected from the manufacturer. So far, with about 1,800 miles on it, it is a great car!

Let me just say this from day 1 they made me feel like I was part of a family from Craig Edwards the dealer to Lamont the mechanic to John . I was recently in a car accident and of course I panic because its on,only been going on a year I just purchased my blessing...with the help of Craig Edward. I informed him what happen he replied"bring your vehicle into us and we'll take care of you.". That's exactly what I did, they walked me through every detail and I got my baby back in a week. The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove from 6 hours away for this vehicle. Our salsman Ali was great. He sent us videos of the car and detailed pictures I requested before we went up there. I drove the SUV and loved it. Everything was great and we were done with the paperwork within the hour. They payment and interest all matched up. Our buying experience was absolutely great. Everything they told us and promised us was accurate and they even gave us a full tank of gas.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU!
