I’m a teacher, so I’m on a tight schedule. They respected my time and had everything ready for an early-morning signing before class. The process was quick and organized. Very grateful for their flexibility.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

I visited AutoNation Jax on Atlantic Blvd. Today. I was there to get a bid on having them purchase my truck. I elected not to sell it to the dealership. However, I was very pleased with the dealership personnel who handled this process. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend working with this dealership for future purchases. Good experience with Jessica, Cam and Christian!
2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Just bought a new ‘26 Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. Lease was up on my ‘24 Cadillac Lyriq, which was a great car also. Love the 600+ range on a tank of regular gas, and the 35-36mpg. Very comfortable and love the huge windows and 360 cameras. Especially loved getting a great deal being end of year with the ‘27’s now out, with 0% financing & 3 months no payments……all made it a no brainer! Solid car, and feel good driving it. Rivals our other much higher cost vehicles in every way.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

I was Andrew first sale and he did a wonderful job with everything and the process was smooth and amazing. I recommend you to buy a car from this particular dealership because they really paid attention to my needs and accommodations! I needed something bigger and Andrew showed me a nice SUV and I was instantly in love!!!!! I went and got my car serviced recently and their customer service team is amazing they gave me complimentary snacks and water for me and my family and we waited in the customer care area and was very comfortable. I love my Kia 🥰🎉👏🏾 thank you all for your wonderful hospitality and help !

2024 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Love the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. It is a lot bigger and heavier than previous models. It handles very well, is quiet and very nice riding car. Lots of cargo space, roomy interior and well tricked out for a mid-range model. Gas mileage varies but depending on the wind conditions, but gets surprisingly good numbers. On a recent trip of about 120 miles, the car averaged 35+ mpg. We love the exterior looks of the car. No flaws detected from the manufacturer. So far, with about 1,800 miles on it, it is a great car!

We have a 2013 and it has 230k on it and runs like new, body is in excellent condition, been normal wear and tear things but we have gotten our money’s worth out of it and would buy another, we have the turbo model so it’s fun to drive and has the power on the high way.

2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! We are ALWAYS given the best service, honesty and great valve on the cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and could of gone anywhere else in Jacksonville but we stayed with who has been loyal to us as we have been loyal customers to them. Rory is definitely an awesome guy who has known us since we 1st step foot on their lot and been coming back ever since. Zac Hewitt was an amazing guy who made sure we were taken care of and made sure he followed up on everything from beginning to the end! I will definitely be back when my son purchases his first car from Honda! THANKS GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is my First time ever buying a Hyundai I sold a Acura RDX and purchased the Hyundai Santa Fe. I have no complaints. My Acura had everything in it and so do my Santa Fe. The difference is my Santa Fe is very comfortable and I really love it. As of now I have no complaints.

Duval Ford review
We had the best experience with Brett and Rick at Duval Ford. The level of patience and understanding was out of this world. We were looking for very specific features on our new Bronco and Brett did not give up until he found it! Their time, patience, and level of care was very unexpected, but they have made two customers for life! Thank you guys so much! 💖
2023 Hyundai SANTA FE review
This is my 3rd Santa Fe in 10 years.Great car for the price. Body integrity not so great as chips in paint appear. Same issue with other 2. Biggest complaint is heat system. Don’t expect to put in auto at start. Will never warm cab. Must manually get cab warm then you may be able to use auto. Auto directs heat to extreme downward location.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Not being able to lock the car via the inside door lock when you get out and not able to see visually that the door is locked, is a HUGE mistake on Hyundais part. Then the operation of the hatchback when you keep walking by it not stopping, and it opens anyways with no notification that’s it open if you lose sight of your vehicle and assume it stayed shut, is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Either the App for Bluelink NEEDS to include a red area on the app indicating the hatchback is open or text you that it’s open NEEDS to be added. Because if you were unaware that your vehicle hatchback opened, then ANYONE can have access to your vehicle from the back and you’d be non the wiser. It was hard enough to get used to having to have the drivers door unlocked just so you can pump gas, now we’re supposed to be ok not having a visual check that the doors are locked or unlocked, that’s NUTS! Only being able to lock the car with your finger from the outside is also NOT a comforting ability. Why, because what if that decides not to work and it WILL, just like my USB port for my phone to show up on the screen in my 2023 Santa Fe quit working, something always does. The added security that you can check if your car is unlocked or not visually unlocked s priceless and now it’s GONE! I like the added glove box, and the added convenience of lowering the 2nd row from the back. But I HATE that you moved everything over to the left side of the steering wheel when everything was perfect the way it was! I personally do not see any benefit whatsoever in moving the controls. Oh and let’s throw in having to enter a passcode every time you start your vehicle so it knows it’s you driving. Really? Only for it to just turn on the radio yet you still have to choose if you want your Apple display up or not. It can’t seem to remember that, really?!?! You have a monitor that knows if your eyes are on the road or not and YET where are our eyes when we forgot you moved the controls?!?! Definitely NOT on the road. Cmon guys! Where is the common sense? Trust me when I say, when designing a new style again, PLEASE for the love of all holy, get a non-engineer person a WOMAN ONLY PLZ! To tell you if any of the changes make sense. Because I can probably tell you that 90% of not highly intelligent women will tell you what is safer and makes more sense than any electric, computer, or design engineer can any day. I’m sorry but highly intelligent people (Engineers) have absolutely NO common sense. And yet they’re the ones that get to change things on these cars?!?! You’re killing us with absurd ideas.

2025 Hyundai SANTA FE review
I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

I turned to DuVal Ford because their web page showed the new Ford truck that I was seeking. All purchase arrangements were made by phone or email and the vehicle was delivered to my home at a good distance from the dealer. All my questions have been answered quickly and satisfactorily. Due to distance, I will probably be getting service at my local Ford dealer.
2022 Hyundai SANTA FE review
Bought it use with 70k miles on it recently. I looks almost showroom new. I figured if it hasn't gone bad yet, I should have no major issues. I love the tech and comfort and gas mileage is so so, but you can't have everything and at the price of 16K it was well worth it. Love this car and hope to get a good 200K miles out of it. One note is that it never left flordia so it didn't get all that salt from the roads in the winter. After looking at the new ones, I'll take the 2022 over the 2025 or 2026 any day!

Porsche JacksonvilleReviews
Porsche Jacksonville review
Porsche Jacksonville Over the weekend, we purchased our Porsche 911 Carrera S, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional thanks to Alan in Porsche Sales and George in Porsche Finance. Alan’s professionalism and care truly set the tone for our entire visit. From the moment we arrived, he consistently ensured our well-being, paying close attention to how relaxed and comfortable we felt throughout the process. His thoughtful, step-by-step guidance made what could have been an overwhelming purchase feel effortless and enjoyable. Alan’s approach is the perfect blend of expertise, patience, and genuine customer care — the kind you rarely find. George in Finance was equally impressive. He offered a no‑pressure environment while walking us through the terms and conditions, making sure we fully understood every option. His educated, straightforward explanations helped us make decisions confidently, without ever feeling rushed or influenced. It was clear his priority was helping us find what worked best for our needs. Overall, this was one of the best automotive purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. We left feeling valued, supported, and incredibly happy with our new 911 Carrera S. I’ll be recommending this autogroup to everyone I know — they’ve absolutely earned our trust and business.
