I recently bought a used 2016 Honda HR-V from Texan Hyundai. I found the car from the USAA TruCar search and knew upfront what I would be paying and Texan Hyundai stuck to that. They offered me a lower rate than my bank would have given me and made the whole process easy. It was worth the drive from in Houston out to Rosenberg and overall had a smooth process. Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.

This car met all my needs, has plenty of power, the ride is great and has third row seating. Great safety features and lots of room inside.
Acceleration was horrible when getting on the highway. Interior was too small. I felt like my head was touching the ceiling. I am 6 foot tall, and felt cramped in this vehicle, especially in the back seat.
Best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle!!!!!

I purchased this car 1 year ago, with only 60,000km on it. It now has just over 80,000km and has given me SO many problems. I’ve spent about 7000 fixing this car over the last year, doing everything from replacing the rear differential to replacing the struts to replacing the ball joints. I can’t seem to go a month without a hefty repair. I drive the car about an hour a day MAX and have hardly put any kilometers on and it’s still a piece of trash.
Just replacing the battery under warranty . Every thing went smoothly and very fast without any problem. I am very happy that there was not any charge on the replacement battery
Run and hide from it.

Engines recall-material left in engine during the build. Hyundai and their dealers are no help to you. Stay away from hyundai. Did not get any straight answers about the problems. Called customer help line and was on hold for 45 minutes and i gave up.

Ever since the day that I purchased this car I’ve been getting contacted probably about once a year for some sort of an update or some BS that Hyundai says needs to be done to the car although it may be free never had a new car need so much stuff done to it I put down three stars and reliability because they have known mechanical issues that don’t rear their head until just after the drivetrain warranty is up! I personally brought the vehicle and had the timing chain tensioner is changed and it was actually a cam phaser problem and now it’s 2600 miles over the original warranty and I will probably have to pay for it out of my pocket
Service advisor Nicholas is such an amazing guy to work with! He is very thoughtful all while striving to complete the task at hand all handling multiple clients. I’d like to say thank you for being extremely professional aiming to please.

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! This vehicle has all the bells and whistles that a luxury SUV has at an affordable price. It has more safety and hi tech features than I had in a previous owned luxary SUV.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The car is comfortable, handles well, lots of storage space for luggage or groceries. I especially like four-wheel drive for winter driving as we live in the mountains.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. A lot of perks for an affordable price. Lots of leg room and storage from front to back. GREAT warranty and a very classy looking vehicle. (Mine is white with black leather interior)
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This car has met all of my needs, it has plenty of legroom,the seats are great heated and cooling both front and b,heated steering wheel,I love the power it has !!!! it has USB ports and the lights are awesome I can see far and wide!!!
My salesman, Richard Acosta was wonderful and answered every question that we had. The dealership didn't have the color car that I wanted so they searched and found one. Someone went up and got it from the other dealership the same day at no charge. So far I love my new Atlas!

This car is meeting my needs. It does have some electrical problems and a bit noisy with wind and under body issues plus water leakage in the tail lights.
