I purchased a Forester in RI after an exhaustive study of reviews on the "best snow cars". I was initially shocked by the maintenance cost and disappointed in the quality of service I was receiving. I was let down by 2 dealerships before deciding to become an educated consumer. I read many online reviews before scheduling the next big service appointment even though I was concerned that reviews can be skewed or unreliable. Two dealership service departments in MA, NH, RI climbed to the top of my review scale. AutoFair ranked No 1 and Patrick No 2 when I filtered online reviews through my own quality criteria and weight factors... (Yes... I'm an engineer with 35 years of service). Once my first visit at AutoFair was completed, I revisited my review table (Pugh Matrix) and AutoFair has climbed even higher. I do not want to mislead anyone about cost, though. Pricing was NOT one of my evaluation criteria because I have resigned to the fact that Subaru service prices sizzle everywhere. I will also caution that techs can be absent-minded or "miss a spot" under pressure, like everyone else. In this case, the mishap was that I was pulled over by a cop outside the dealership because I was driving away on a flat tire (nobody noticed it while replacing 4 brakes and rotors). Please feel free to ask "how many engineers does it take..." because I was equally guilty. How silly of me to drive away, turn on the radio, and drown out the thumping noise of a flat tire. Most importantly: The front desk managers, as well as the techs were courteous and personable. Being too old and impatient to stay seated for long, I paced back and forth (like an expectant father in a waiting room) in front of the service desk watching the maintenance process through the glass wall. I was often in the way but nobody lost their patience or their smile. OK... maybe a salesman pointed me twice to the coffee machine in the waiting room. Neither the mechanics nor the managers tried to sell unnecessary work to me. I was extremely happy NOT to get a lecture on "recommended" service or materials intended to inflate bills. I showed up 95 minutes before my appointment time, and nobody tried to "correct me" or to protest that I was messing up their scheduling software. Even though they respected customers with earlier appointment times, they also drove mine in a bay and a mechanic who was winterizing cars also found time to make progress on mine. At the end, I left 60 minutes earlier than expected. I can testify that my experience was great and that I look forward to socializing again with the two coordinators and the mechanic I met. Nice people that treat customers with respect. I am going back, and I have already pre-paid for a package of 4 oil changes through their Service Rewards Program.

Car is stylish if you get the Sonata Sport. The chrome makes the car stand out. Fuel mileage is great. We have taken this car to St Louis, MO a roundtrip of 1900 miles and we can not complain about the comfort.

Purchased a 2007 Subaru Outback for my son. Owner/Staff went above and beyond to make the Vehicle 100% upon delivery. There is no hidden agenda as the quality of Customer Service is top level. The Staff has changed a bit and it seems to be working for them. They show you the Carfax and explain if there is anything that needs to be taken care of before Delivery. My opinion is Milford replacing what the car needed at time you get new brand new parts. They offered a 6 Month/6,000 Mile Warranty which is 50/50 Parts and Labor which is more then most Dealerships around as they are always AS IS. They also even offer replacing Inspection passed working parts such as Tires, Timing Belt/Water Pump Etc. if concerned on all their Cars if you would like by meeting you half way or as much as they can. Very satisfied and would return to purchase again in the future.

My very first car financed it and finally have it paid off. Currently at 170,000 km and still going strong. Had many issues but thankfully hyundai had many recalls and great warranty. For example, car engine died and there was a recall so i got a brand new engine at 100,000km , other small recalls were the air bags and fuel pipe and sunroof. After 100,000 had to fix many parts like any old car but the recall and warranty really helped im hoping this car would last me another 150,000-200,00 kms before i get a new one. Would highly recommend Hyundai for longetivity, performance, service, and style.

The gm Pete was fantastic great customer service and willing to do as much as you possibly can to help the customer with the right deal with the right car. Angela Adams is the best Shields person I've ever dealt with she's professional and down-to-earth person very comfortable to talk to and will do anything to help to get you into the right car she was so good her and Pete that I brought my mom in and they helped her get a car. If you're looking for a car speak to Angela Adams she is the best sales associate ever met.

I rented this car for a 3 day trip while my car was in the body shop. It was the only midsize sedan option available. I’ve had a lot of experience with Hyundai via a friend and his shop. The shop owner and his family love Hyundai for their reliability and they find them fun. I’ve driven most Hyundai’s and Kia’s as a result. This made me think this would be an ok car for trip. This Sonata is very much a base model. The 2.4L engine does an acceptable job getting the car up to speed for merging onto the highway. You don’t need to put your foot all the way in to get up to speed. That said; the power does feel lacking compared to other cars in the segment. The steering feel was surprisingly good. I keep the car in “Sport” mode the entire time for the steering feel alone. There is a nice amount of feedback when you push the car into a corner. The seats were adequate. My passenger and I never had a case of “numb bum” from the drive. The cabin is relatively quiet and comfortable. It’s no luxury vehicle by any stretch but it is well laid out and doesn’t leave you hunting for controls. The infotainment screen is lack lustre but does work. It’s a bit small compared to the basic offerings from Mazda or Honda. With the amount of real estate on the dash, fitting a larger screen shouldn’t have been a problem. The upper materials are soft touch while the lowers are hard plastic. Hyundai did a good job of hiding the hard plastics though. You likely wouldn’t even notice the difference in materials if someone didn’t point them out. The back seats have a good amount of leg room. If I had back passengers, I’m sure they wouldn’t complain. Overall, not a bad vehicle. This base model did a great job for the weekend and I would rent one again. I would even consider a better spec’d version for a daily car.

The staff are very helpful and they explain everything clearly. The reason that I like and respect this facility is that the staff don't force customers to buy things that are not necessary yet.

I cannot believe how comfortable this car is, roomy, all electric, sunroof, heated seats,,much more pleasurable to drive and ride in than my suv I had previously. I love the Sirius xm radio, which sounds great in my Infinity radio the car has in it..

I went to Michaud because I didn't want to spend my hard earned money at one of the mega dealerships. So I headed in on a Sunday expecting the worst. I was in the wrecker industry for years and just dealing with many dealers...... Well... We all know how that usually goes. Louis F greeted me as I walked in. We sat down and spent a few minutes getting to know each other. Before I was shown cars, we discussed what I was looking for and to spend, as this was going to be my first car purchased from a dealer on finance. He made me feel at ease, as he wasn't pushy, demanding, or demeaning as I am Just a simple working man. He came back with 3 prices for 3 vehicles. 2 used , one new. That surprised me as I didn't know what I could get into with a new job change, average credit , and being a first time buyer. Well the new one was slightly more then I wanted to pay.... The 2nd one was a certified pre owned with 33k miles. The 3rd one was used with 66k. Well.. He showed me all 3. I took the 2nd car and looked it over while he went and got me a plate to test drive. Test drive went well... So well I stopped at bank and grabbed bank certified check for deposit, and called my insurance company to inquire about how much more this car would be to insure... Get this.. $10 more a month than I was paying on my 04 Ford Crown Vic lol. Same full coverage, 10 year newer car. So...... I returned to dealership. We agreed to a price. We also agreed to 4 new tires as yes the tire would pass inspection, however I wanted new tires on my first dealership purchase. He went and inquired, and the dealership agreed to 4 new tires. We did the paperwork and get this.... My payment went down $35 a month from their quote . Something about finance companies...... Whatever they got me a better rate and terms from what they originally estimated. Loved it! Louis handled all the paperwork. Did I mention how professional he is? He handled everything for me as I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day. They took care of registration for me. Called me when it arrived. Complimentary inspection sticker paid by them. I went in Saturday to get the tires put on as agreed. They put 4 brand new Dunlop Enasave tires on the car. They're the oem tires and are NOT cheap ( retail for 105 NOT including mount and balance ) I met the owner Kevin Michaud while I was there. He took time out of his day to introduce himself and spent 15 minutes with me answering my questions and asking a few himself. He even have me his card and expressed that if I had any issues or concerns to call him if need be. That made me feel for sure I made the right decision. The parts department rocks too! I ordered a few accessories for my new car Saturday. I couldn't get by before parts closes. They left my order with the cashier to pick up tonight. That is awesome for someone with my schedule. I swung in and picked them up. Yup. That's what we call good old fashioned service. In the 21 st century, they have that old school take care of the customer approach. The kind this old school buy from locals guy likes. The kind the new school millenials need to go experience. Oh, I purchased a certified pre owned 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Es. Love it. Getting 40 mpg combined pre am rush hr commute and pm rush hour commute. I wasn't pushed to buy the new car. They gave me options and allowed me to make the choice. That right there is what it's all about. When they say they are your feel good delaership, THEY MEAN IT! Go by and see for yourself. My name is Mark Milliken, a real customer now for life. Had it six years and have no plans to replace it. Fills every need that I have for a car. Comfortable, good gas mileage, and never a problem. If I were to look at another Sonata, I would consider the hybrid, but with 30 mpg I don’t see a need to spend more money when this one runs so well.

My Mother just picked up her 2018 Camry SE. This is her 2nd purchase with Aiman Varoque. This guy is incredible. Loves working with people. He is dedicated, easygoing, knowledgeable,dependable and always willing to help. A strong performer. I've worked with a lot of Sales Consultants in the past. But Aiman is the best ! After you leave the showroom, he will not forget who you are. Very supportive with his customers. The Ira dealership in Danvers deserves a lot of praise. The minute you enter the front doors,you'll be greeted by very friendly receptionists. They will help you in any way. Very nice people. Sales consultants are polite and willing to help. There's a great cafeteria to enjoy while you wait. Food is very good. Service department is wonderful. Love being able to drop my car off @ 6 in the morning. They provide a shuttle service to take you to your destination if waiting is not an option. Have to say this is an impressive dealership to work with. Make sure you come in and ask for Aiman. There will be no dissatisfaction.

I bought my Sonata pre-owner but it was in pristine shape and obviously well cared for and maintained. The only problem I had is the engine in it was part of the Hyundai recall I wasn’t made aware of that from the dealer, so only after after 2 months of owning it the engine did seize. But I must say Hyundai took care of it right aware and now I have a brand new engine in the car. Other then that this car has been super reliable and runs smooth, and surprisingly has some get up and go.

Wonderful experience my husband and I had. The salesman we dealt with, Lou, is one of the best we have ever had the opportunity of doing business with. He was kind, very well spoken, listened to everything we said or asked and went above and beyond his duties as a sales person. Vinnie, as well, was very helpful and they made you feel right at home. No pushiness or rushing to get you into a car. Their main goal was to get you a car that met your needs and your budget. This is the second lease we have gotten from them and we intend on doing our business with them. We have had many experiences with other dealers, but they are the best. 25k dont really buy a lot of car anymore but it does with a hyundai sonata you can get one loaded up with everything thing including the kitchen sink, its fun reliable as all hell, sexy, and the warrany will out last a lot of the buyers, we have had four new hyundais now, two 2015 sonatas, a 2010 santa fe, and a 2010 tucson, all were great, but the sonatas were and still are years later the best bang for the buck, hyundai has come a loooong way and the redesign in 2015 did the trick, sonata is now giving accord and camry a run for the money.

After 63,000 miles, I am still enjoying all the comforts and performance. The car has been very reliable, and service costs have been inexpensive. The car is quick, and I like that it hasn't degraded on performance and durability issues. The car still looks good, too.

I had initially gone out to get my murano maintenanced, but ended up trading it in for a 2018 Rogue. Mo did an amazing job making sure i found a car with all the features i wanted. i didn???t really know EXACTLY what i was looking for so i gave him a very short & vague list & he went above & beyond with features i didn???t even expect - down to even the color, all black everything & i literally mean everything, even the rims & emblem! Mo made sure not to put any pressure on me when it came to choosing a car. he made it a point to even ask me multiple times through out the entire process if i was happy with my choice & if it featured everything i wanted. he makes sure you walk out happy & not with buyers remorse. i would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car!!

This car has plenty of leg space, multiple cup holders, a huge trunk and is extremely spacious for a smaller car. Fits all 3 of my grand babies car seats in the back which was my #1 priority.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This car is so spacious. I had all 5 of my family in it yesterday and heard absolutely NO complaints at all about anything. We are taking a trip to California in July for two weeks and I cannot wait.

I CAME IN FOR A LEASE OF A SANTA FE FULL SIZED SUV. I HAD BEEN TO TWO OTHER DEALERSHIPS WITH A TRADE IN TO MAKE A DEAL. HERB CONNOLLY IN FRAMINGHAM NOT ONLY WAS THE BEST DEAL BUT I WAS MADE TO FEEL COMFORTABLE, NOT RUSHED. I GOT WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY TRADE IN AND THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED MY INSURANCE CO. AND THEY HAD ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF IT. I PICKED THE NEW CAR UP AND DENNIS PAINSTAKINGLY WENT OVER ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES UNTIL I UNDERSTOOD IT ALL.

Plenty of leg room, quiet, love the heated steering wheel and seats in front and heated seats in back. And we love the Sunroof. The Stereo is great too

This car meets all of my needs...great gas mileage, good performance, plenty of leg room ans can seat 4 comfortably. The only complaint is the lack of a back-up camera and Nav system/touch screen display. In my opinion all cars from 2014 and newer should have these features as standard options as they are very inexpensive options. However there are plenty of aftermarket factory style plug and play options out there for about $200 so not a real loss if you are a DIY kind of person. This is my 2nd Hyundai, bought my wife a Santa Fe XL two years ago that we also love so overall the car is awesome and I'm 100% sold on Hyundai products!!

The only issue I’ve noticed with this car is electrical. Somtimes I’ll press the volume+ button and the Bluetooth audio starts speaking instead. Or I’ll press cruise control and it just doesn’t come on. This also happened with my previous 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Other than that I love the car.

My husband and I were keeping our eyes out for a GMC Terrain or Acadia. I found a Terrain online and was 100% sure that was the car I was getting. I was in the process of rebuilding credit and Chris tried everything in his power to get us approved with payments in our price range. Unfortunately it wasn't possible with what we had to offer. The next morning he pointed us in the direction of a Nissan Rogue. I was convinced I would hate it but my husband told me to "just look at it". That same afternoon I went back to the dealer and test drive the Rogue. Let's just say, I am now driving a loaded 2014 Nissan Rogue and in love with it!!!!!! I instantly signed the papers and walked away with a smile! The sale was pain free and quick! I picked up my new car the next day (day 3) and do not regret a single second of it. Chris was amazing and if it wasn't for him, I would have never even considered the rogue (that I now love)

Lots of room. Power everything. Hauls a when I step on it. Good gas mileage. My only concern and the reason for a 4 is it has front steering issues. Minor but definitely something to consider. Loose joints and or steering issues but Hyundai is the best I have received as far as responding to service!

Plenty of room in the interior, both front and back . Adults can comfortably sit in back seating. I had the Sport model and loved the heated seats in the winter. I would still own this car if I hadn't been offered a great deal on a newer model.

Not only I was approved instantly with no credit, they approved me for a car a really wanted. Great car, great deal. Recommended!

The ride is nice, the heated seats are an extra bonus, especially on those cold winter days. It looks fabulous and I couldn't be happier.

This is the ONLY place to buy a car!! These guys are honest and that is impossible to find these days. I put down a $800 deposit and when the credit union cut the check for the full amount and didnt discount the money I put down, nobody noticed at first. I was already driving my new car, signed sealed and delivered when I got a call from Amati auto that there was a mistake and they returned $800 to my credit card!! I would never have known if they decided to keep it; but they didn't! Tell me what other dealer would do that? NONE!!! Thank you so much for a great buying experience! For being honest people. And thank you Pat for making it easy and fun! I will be buying cars from there for the rest of my life!!

This car has met all of my needs, very spacious and drives great. Nice radio and speakers and quite comfortable. This car has never given me problems, just have to have general maintenance.
