I traded in my 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited, which I loved, for the '21 with the hope that its tech, safety features and gas mileage would justify a slightly higher price tag. It has easily surpassed my expectations. The infotainment system has tons of features, but they're still easy to use. I'm starting to use the built-in navigation more than Android Auto, which surprised me. The Highway Driver Assist (HDA) feature works seamlessly and the gas mileage is fantastic. Since the weather warmed up in March, I've been averaging over 54 MPG per fill-up (actual calculation) for a car expected to get 45/47/51. If there is one flaw, the seats are a little stiff, but the overall ride is still smooth as silk.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Its such a pleasure to drive. It darn near drives itself. I get lots of compliments. I get great milage , the stereo is awesome and its too quite.

Five stars for FRAUDULENT sales This dealership utilized the old carbon copy method for my sales cobtract. I assumed their computer system was down. I am a handicapped senior citizen. After I looked later, over this sales receipt, I couldn’t read it. I asked for a better copy. I was charged $35K - an amount even more than a new cat instead of the used car that I had purchased. The original sticker price was $28,800. They don’t care. Go to the dealership in Oxnard.

The safety features and reviews were and are amazing. The primary reason for this purchase was value, safety and gas mileage. The hybrid feature is amazing. Getting 50-54 MPG’s. And burning a lot less fossil fuel! I love the sport look and the gorgeous interior and tech features.

The Sonata Hybrid Limited had everything in a car that I was looking for: great MPG (45/51), all the driving safety and comfort features, and wonderful styling, as well as, a solar roof. I just got it so I can't say much about the performance and realiability but had to put something in the response. After some driving I'll update my review.

Very busy dealership. They have an overabundance of automobiles, very congested parking lot. Unable to make a suitable deal on the vehicle I wanted. Salesman was very good and tried to be helpful.

Jones did everything from registration to tags and new license plates. And I was able to drive home in my new vehicle that same-day. Salesman Wayne, took me over to Enterprise to return my rental at 4:30 before they closed. They towed my old car from its location to them next day. Teresa was wonderful keeping me constantly updated as to everything going on with the 105,000 mile service of our 2012 Hyundai Genesis. advised me a ride was available at no cost to me as the service was going to take additional hours, She called me personally when car was ready and sent the driver to pick me up. the service repair and courtesy shown to me by Teresa, The gentleman That checked me in at service entrance and walked me to my car with Teresa ( I did not get his name), and the Cashiers were great! 2nd VISIT Oil Change, softare upgrade/recall & fixing noises. It took 4 hours overall. Not so bad considering the diagnostics on the wind noise. They found some loose nuts in the liftgate making the noise. The adjusted passenger and driver weatherstripping to reduce wind noise and have ordered couple parts that will hopefully reduce last tiny bit of wind noise. No charge on the warranty and Scott the service rep was very pleasant and did they their best to fix my problems. Like the 1st visit, the serv rep could have been more helpful to explain what fixes and updates they had done. 1st VISIT Oil Change & Upgrade of Central Computer was fast, just 3 hours. ++Complimentary Oil Change, Tire Rotation as part of free 3yr, max 4 changes. ++Upgrade was free, and Service Manager gave very generic response. I believe it was related to fix to battery drainage problem (I did have this problem) --Inspection was just "Multipoint & walk-around". I did NOT receive a report (checklist, tire wear, etc). Was it done? --No car wash Service Manager Vic was polite and work completed on time.

Easy to setup the appointment, service tech was friendly and efficient, work was done earlier than estimated (which included a recall) and the check process using the web site was quick, easy and saved me the credit card charge.
