After dealing with jeff city, where we bought the Honda, this was a nice surprise. Andrew told me they would work us in and Michelle was very efficient and helpful. All in all, everyone we met was a good ambassador for the business. I was very stressed about this situation and Michelle gave us special treatment and made sure we were taken care of. Jeff city Honda dealearship -- see you in the rear view mirror!

Abby and Shawn in service were excellent. They both were patient with all my questions, provided credible answers, and, upon our approval of the repairs, had them done within 24-hours. They went the extra mile to have the car test-driven both before (to confirm our reported symptoms) and after the repair (to confirm problems had been resolved). Ask for Abby when you have an auto service need.

Had a great experience at Safford Fairfax Hyundai! I worked with AG in Sales and Jay in Finance, both of whom were exemplary throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, transparency, and genuine commitment to customer service made for a seamless and trustworthy experience—something that can be difficult to find in the car-buying industry. Kudos to both for a job well done!

Branhaven Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
My name is Don ardito. I have a 2023 Jeep wrangler. On Monday. My Jeep wouldn't turn over. And was Rowan's to Branhaven. They thought the battery was low and charged it. I took it home tge next morning I tried again wouldn't start. Called gerron and he sent 2 techs to my house. We got it started. And I then left it at the dealer. Gerron found a loaner. For me. No cost. They decided it need a new battery. Gerron. Then found a special. For me which saved me a lot of money. Outstanding service and communication from this individual. Along with the service tech I recommend this place highly. Great work guys. Don ardito

Liberty Buick review
My wife and I recently bought a Buick Envision from Liberty Buick Peoria. I have to say that this might be our best experience at an automotive dealership. Our salesperson, David Collier, was fantastic. He was welcoming and accomodating to our needs. Most importantly, he was upfront and honest about vehicle pricing, and our trade in value. We quickly came to terms agreable to all parties. We got a great deal, and a more than fair trade in value. The F&I Manager Alex Lopez was just as helpful in identifying the best options for us. I wish all vehicle purchases ran this smoothly and pleasantly. Our thanks again to everyone at Liberty Buick Peoria.

Germain Honda of DublinReviews
Germain Honda of Dublin review
(Update - Nearly two years after my purchase I am still happy with it and the people of Germain Honda. I have found all of the people in the service department to be honest, professional, pleasant and competent. The waiting area is very comfortable and has free coffee and popcorn. My elderly (and eccentric) wife recently had surgery and Service Manager Holly was very attentive to her and made sure that she was comfortable. People with those qualities are priceless.) I was led to Germain Honda of Dublin to buy a used car from Cars.com because they provide free CarFax reports on their cars. Salesman Mattason Hernandez helped us settle on a lease returned 2021 Passport. During our test drive we noticed a crack in the windshield and he made sure it was replaced immediately. After the sale, I became concerned because I didn't receive confirmation and documentation for the extended warranty policy that I purchased from the finance department at the time of sale. Mr Hernandez responded to my email 26 minutes after I sent it to him and promised to help. A few hours later he forwarded the documentation to me. His quick response in both cases was greatly appreciated! After reviewing the details of the extended warranty I was grateful that Gabe Johnson suggested it. Situations like this are the reason why doing business with a quality company is important. We focus on the vehicle and price but have to remember how important the caliber of people we are working with is. We love our new car and are confident in our choice of dealership.
2018 Hyundai TUCSON review
Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Overall the experience was excellent, Klinton and Janessa were very easy to work with. The only disappointment is that the second key's battery is dead, does not start and react with the truck at all, totally dead. The dealership should check each key before handing them to customers. That Friday was very busy at the dealership, my truck was not washed and cleaned when I took ownership, it was just a minor observation but it should've been done even though they were busy. With the minor issues, they did a great job overall and they deserve a 5 star rating. There is always room for improvement and I hope they take this review seriously and improve along the way. Thank you Klinton and Janessa, good luck!

Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Landon French as my car salesman, and I cannot recommend him enough. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, he was professional, friendly, and attentive. Landon took the time to understand my needs and budget, then guided me to vehicles that were a perfect fit. What really stood out was how effortless he made the entire process--he genuinely cared about finding the right car for me rather than just making a sale. His communication was clear, and he ensured I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. If you're looking for a car salesman who goes above and beyond, Landon French is the one to ask for.

Trey made everything easy this was the easiest car purchase I’ve made to date.
2018 Hyundai TUCSON review
Lots of engine trouble, lots of money out of pocket, lots of love for my Tucson. 2018 Tucson bought used with 15K miles on it. Perfect ride, great in wet weather, AC kicks butt, I’m in South Texas, feels safe, I totaled a 2016 previously and came out unscathed. The only thing that’s been negative is the fact that I’m on the third engine. Lol. The Gemma engines had issues with debris from the cam shaft staying in the engine and I had a blockage in the OG engine that led to overheating issues and eventually warped the block. Didn’t know about the engine issue and just bought a new motor. After about 6 months the second motor, used from a wrecked Tucson, threw a rod and blew up due to debris killing a bearing. Found out about engine issues and bought a resurfaced and rebuilt engine and it’s smooth sailing again. I ride this car hard and it answers the call day in and day out.

2018 Hyundai TUCSON review
Our 2018 Hyundai Tucson came with the Best in class Warranty of a 5 Years Engine and Powertrain. I love the Platinum Extended Warranty my Wife and I purchased for a mere $2100 CAD, which covers our 2018 Tucson bumper to bumper for all moving parts, which can be repaired for Only $100+Taxes!! The standard heated seats front and back are excellent for Canadian Winters. The engine is so easy to clean and keep clean, as are the Air Filters to change. 😊👍😎 The worse thing about our 2018 Hyundai Tucson is the heavy Key Fob, which I wish you could replace with a lighter weight FOB, it's the heaviest Key FOB I have ever held in my hands and pockets.😤

Cavender Buick GMC West review
Jonathan Rivera and Virginia Church have been active in helping through my vehicles repair. There have been delays due to working with a warranty company and through it all these two people have kept me updated. Both of them are thourough, professional, personal, and outstanding answering questions. I appreciate them too on both personal and professional level level. I hope they are recognized by the great customer service they have provided me, as well as other customers they work with.
