Car is amazingly comfortable and well made for the price point. We got the Value Trim. All in all, we got the car for almost 8,000 usd cheaper than a similarly equipped CRV after rebates.
Cargo opening is a little on the small side but does not really bother us. Driving dynamics are not the best but not too boring either unless you like to drive really fast. Corners pretty well and also does not feel sluggish in the free way.
Hands free lift gate is very convenient and in my opinion, the car has just enough safety features that you don’t become dependent on them.
Coupled with amazing warranty, hard to find a better deal.

This being online only,i was a bit wary, but they ave a huge inventry and great prices. i did't feel like haggling with a typical dealer, so decided to do it from my couch. I had a wonderful experience! Every person I spoke with emailed or chatted with was extremely informed and provided precise info and/or was very fast to pass me along to the most appropriate person to answer. The speed of follow-up was refreshing. I asked Alfonso and Alex to go above & beyond the norm. doing investigative work trying to dig up Jeep modification information from prior dealer that I needed for qualifying the extended warranty. I would (and have) raved about my experience and would gladly recommend VROOM. They managed to bring the often lost human factor into the indifferent world of online shopping while maintaining the efficiency!

TRUST WORTHY AND HONEST!

Let me start off by saying that I wasn't able to purchase a vehicle from RPM due to paperwork issues that were out of RPM control and mine.
To be perfectly honest with you I was scared to death that they were going to rob me blind because we're in different states and I wasn't able to view the vehicle in person. I was going to buy the vehicle sight unseen.
I prayed on it and put my faith in GOD and let me say that "Junior and Marcus" were not only HONEST, TRUST WORTHY and FAIR they were HASSLE FREE and the BEST car salesman I've ever dealt with. I regret not being able to complete the deal.
If I'm ever in the market for a new/used car from CA I'm checking RPM first, and I suggest you do the same¿¿

Good for commuting and has nice features

I've had a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe and needed to get a new one so I test drove the Tuscon. I wanted to get a smaller SUV since the new Santa Fe is a lot larger than mine. Plus I don't like the way the Santa Fe looks with the body change.
The Tuscon I drove was a 2018 Limited Edition so it had the leather seats and all the trimmings. It was not as comfortable as my old Santa Fe. The seats were harder and the leather trim felt cheap. I like Hyundai's infotainment systems and design for the most part. They are user friendly and easy to navigate.
Test driving was tough. I went from a 6 cylinder Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Edition to a Tuscon. The Tuscon took a while to get up to speed but it was very nimble which I like about Hyundai vehicles. It handled very well and the lane assist and breaking assist are nice features if you need them.
I think this would be a great vehicle for someone that likes to have all the latest and greatest tech and driver aids. Also, the price isn't too bad. I did not end up buying this vehicle because it just didn't have the horsepower and the interior wasn't as comfortable.
I feel like the sticker prices was pretty high for the interior quality and low horsepower. I can tell you that I put 110K miles on my other Hyundai and it was very low maintenance. I really didn't have any major issues with it and it was a good vehicle. I think Hyundai is a good reliable make and you can't go wrong with their warranty.

Stepping out of the box, collecting himself and visualizing the prize, he confidently re-enter and crouches close the the plate, sprung like a over wound watch. The pitcher winds up and delivers Chris the pitch he wants....crack, boom, bang and the ball careens into history. A Grand Slam, for the young man, from Anaheim! As nice and visually poetic the above is, Chris McGregor did the seemingly impossible for us. We wanted a AWD 2016 Tucson, in a specific color, package and interior trim. I had four local Hyundai Dealers working on this, none had it in stock. Your determined Chris was the only one who found just what was specified. He did it in a day, the deal was made and deposited over the phone and the Tucson began its journey to us from Tracy California....over 350 mile away. A few days later and the smaller scaled SUV now lives happily in our garage.This happened exclusively because of Chris and his "drive" to put his customers needs, wants and desires FIRST! Upon entering the Dealership, to pick up our SUV, we were struck by its contemporary architectural style only to find a cozy and well planned environment inside.The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The actual "buying of the car" process was the smoothest and fastest I have ever had. Quick, professional, zero pressure for the "add-on" (but mentioned), a through car tour and in-depth learning session about the SUVs systems, audio, navigation and phone paring. This car is great. It's comfortable, it has a turbo and "sport" driving mode and heated leather, fully adjustable front seats. My only complaint is that it takes a while to get thru the owners manuals, but, the car has a lot of features and options.
We did our research before we bought this car and we feel we bought the best car for our needs. I would definitely buy another and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
