Easterns Automotive Group of Laurel review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Heritage Hyundai Towson review
I had a wonderful experience with Heritage Hyundai. From the beginning, they were extremely helpful, listened to what I needed, and genuinely worked with me to make everything come together. I received a very good price on my vehicle, and I never felt pressured or like I was just another customer. My salesperson was absolutely great. She was patient, helpful, and made the entire experience much easier than I expected. I will always remember how helpful she was and how much effort she put into helping me get into my new vehicle. What stood out most was how comfortable everyone made me feel. By the time everything was finished, I honestly felt like I was among friends rather than sitting in a car dealership. I truly appreciate everything Heritage Hyundai did for me. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they made it a positive experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that listens, works with you, and treats you with respect. Thank you, Heritage Hyundai! I’m very happy with my new vehicle and grateful for the way I was treated.

Nick Terry was a great salesman! He made everything go smoothly and wasn?t pushy. He helped us in every way he could. The buying process was very slow so to the fact that your finance department was backed up and ended up having to wait for over almost 2 hours!
2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought my 2023 Tucson Limited in May. As far as value for money, I have never walked away from a car purchase feeling I got a great deal! So far, she is very reliable. I feel the front seats are a bit uncomfortable for me because right after purchasing I had a knee replacement. The slight hump on the front passenger side was quite uncomfortable. My car is beautiful to me. So much so, I had her ceramic coated! She sparkles!! I love the warranty on these vehicles. My husband has an Elantra. However, as many may already know, there is a recall due to some fire hazard on the Tucson. Not sure if it will affect all models. There is so much to learn about the vehicle! I have learned most of the bells and whistles through YouTube! I have owned Hondas, VWs, Acuras, etc., but so far, this Tucson (aka Sparkle) is my favorite! Now, we don't do a lot of driving so I can't address the long-haul performance. However, I live in Atlanta - if you know anything about ATL, just surviving the traffic is a miracle. She has great pick-up and gets us where we need to go! Would I recommend these vehicles? Absolutely! Would I buy another one? Yep! But, in hindsight, I should have researched a barely used 2023 Tuson limited and saved myself a butt-load of money! (lol) The interior is well made and designed perfectly for me. The one thing I don't like, is not having the option to lock automatically once I exit. I also think the car should have had auto folding outside mirrors. Additionally, the BlueLink is very erratic. Once it updates, you have to go back and reset everything!! So, my suggestion would be when asked to update, don't do it until you have time to spend resetting all your preset items! This is such a pain!! One of m favorite things is the ambience. You can change the color of the interior lights to fit your mood. I also love the touch screen and how easily I can wipe fingerprints off. I love the hidden rear window wiper. The sound system is incredible! There is more this vehicle can do than I will ever take advantage of but having it available is what matters to me! Well, that is it for my review. Hope this helped!

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Great overall vehicle with comfort and dependability. It has more advanced technology then my 2023 Infiniti and the Warranty you truly cannot beat, especially, for no additional fees.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.
