Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I took my vehicle in for repairs everything was done correctly and good customer service .but only thing kind concerning me was that I asked for help to the advisor in the corner for help and his was rude to tell me wait for your advisor. That was no the answer I was looking for it and yea he was took busy texting. I m sorry that put a flaw to into the good service.
I have dealt with many service writers over the years and by nature they are uninformed and abrupt. This is not the case with my current experience in your Ram service department. I was helped by Christian Talavera. He was helpful and friendly from the start. I was completely satisfied with his knowledge and response time. You should know how lucky you are to have him. Hyundai of Serramonte has a great staff. They were nice and not too pushy! They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very understanding of our situation and were willing to work with us. They went above and beyond normal expectations. Overall, the best experience I have had at a car dealership!
We purchased our 2nd Hyundai from Serramonte Hyundai. Our salesman was Sean Barton. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we test drove. After returning many times to look at the cars, we decided on the 2017 Elantra. It has a great warranty which is why we purchased a Hyundai again. The Elantra also gets very good gas mileage. We are very happy with the service we received from Sean Barton and the rest of the sales team at Serramonte Hyundai.
Alex and Ting were fantastic throughout the buying process. Ting found the vehicle that I was looking for and offered a competitive price. Alex served us through the test drive and explanation of vehicle features. Zack was great in the finance and paperwork stage. I give them all a ten for their efforts.
Samantha replied right away. We arranged to test drive that weekend and purchased the car. Sam was fantastic! She was professional, friendly and very personable. Great experience. I would definitely recommend her and her staff.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I must say that I have never written a review for anyone before! Dave Gil with Stevens Creek Hyundai was Amazing to work with especially his no pressure approach. I came in looking for a new Genesis sedan but ended up buying a pre-owned one instead. After spending most of the day dragging my family around to different dealerships. We happend to make Stevens Creek Hyundai our final stop and I am glad we did. Not only did Dave Gil give us a great Deal but also great service. Things can get pretty crazy with young hungry children and Dave Gil worked through the madness. Thank you once again!!
