I was very impressed with the professionalism at this dealership. Very clear and straight forward, they had no hidden fees. I came from another dealership that tried to sell us no optional "Premium Package" for $1000 that did nothing. These guys are great and would check them out if you're in a market for a used car, thanks Gyt!

My absolute favorite place to buy a car! Marc is the BEST! Nicest guy, always honest and real with you. I can't say enough good things, I would go here and trust them! They'll do the best they can for you, even in these crazy times! The dealers are very nice too, they aren't trying to rip you off or scam you, they get that you want the best deal you can get. I-80 Auto Sales review
Tariq brought a beautiful red 2005 Mercury Mariner around front with new tires and brakes. I asked if it was okay to take it to my mechanic to get it looked at. He agreed and I took it there. My mechanic hooked it up to the computer and said he didn't find a single thing wrong. When I brought it back for a minor problem, Tariq took care of it for me, even though he didn't have to as I had bought the vehicle "as is." Wonderful staff and very nice vehicles available.

To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

Webb Ford review
I had a great experience with the service department at Webb Ford. Steve was my service person, and he was great to work with. They took the time to diagnose my vehicle and clearly explained exactly what was wrong with it. Steve kept me updated periodically while they worked on my car, and the customer service was excellent. They also have a really nice, comfortable waiting area where I was able to sit and work, which made the whole experience very convenient. I really appreciated the communication, professionalism, and straightforward service. I would definitely recommend Webb Ford’s service department….and Steve!

Sam worked with me, I’m north of Detroit, Michigan and had a lot of questions! He went out of his way to take videos and pictures of the vehicle I was interested in. He spent 2 weeks answering all of my questions and being very professional and patient with me! When I finally got there and took it for a test drive I was amazed at how clean the vehicle was and how quickly we were taken care of - it was a seamless process and everyone was very friendly and accommodating! Thank You!

Napleton Hyundai of GlenviewReviews
Napleton Hyundai of Glenview review
had a very difficult time running around for 2 weekends hoping to buy the car I wanted but ended up with typical "bait and switch" schemes that most car dealers do. Almost lost all the hopes THEN I decided to just drove all the way to Napleton Hyundai Glenview for my one last attempt. It turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing experience - I sense a very trust worthy genuine vibe from the sales person who helped me, Adam. Needless to say, he made the sales and I got the new car I'm very happy with. Highly recommended if you're sick and tired of typical care selling people who just want to your money rather than caring about helping you.

Mario was very helpful & attentive. I ended up buying a car from a friend but if I hadn't I would definitely want to work with Mario again. BTW I've never been to the lot so I can't really rate that. I did notice that the prices were higher than other lots.
