Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!

I contacted the dealership back in October of 2015 with my concerns about recall campaigns 123 and 132. I received a prompt email from John Wagner that the resolution for these recalls were not available at that time and he would contact me when he had more information. John would periodically correspond via email letting me know that he had not forgotten me and that he still was still waiting for a solution. Once he knew how to address the recalls he contacted me and got me in right away. He was running a test on my Sonata and was concerned that a third party non factory oil filter would impact the test results. He gave me a courtesy oil change and filter to make sure the test was accurate. I had my appointment at 9:00 a.m. and was back on the road before 10:30 a.m. The professionalism and service I received from John Wagner will have me coming back to D'Arcy dealership before all others.
I was told that I needed additional work done and that it would take approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. However the work was completed within 1 hour. My car was washed and ready for me. I was notified of pending recalls and told that I would be contacted by letter and or email when remedies for those issues have been completed by Hyundia. Thank you
I made an appointment for an oil change. I needed some additional minor items replaced such as a windshield.wiper and light bulb. I was quickly and efficiently explained the additional charges. I appreciated the coupon applied to assist in keeping my costs down. I like the new chairs in the waiting area. Much more comfy and they made my wait a better experience. I always receive courteous, professional, and efficient service from the service department.
First time Hyundai buyer, I have never seen a better customer service. Although my previous car purchases were never a bed experience, D'Arcy Hyundai easily beats them all on practically every level: courtesy of the staff, knowledge related to the vehicle in question (Veloster Eco), simple, easy language while explaining to an older customer like myself the intricacies of all electronic systems and their functionality, sense of humor and overall fantastic assistance during the entire purchasing process.
