Stopped by Flow Honda to look at a 2012 used car. I really liked their no haggle price policy. I also liked the 100 K car warranty , free maintenance for 2 years , and if you change your mind about the car , you have three days to bring it back and they will cancel the sales contract. Really nice people too.
The dealership met me 1/2 way between my house and the dealership with the car I was interested in so I didn't even have to go to the dealership. Pam, my salesperson, was awesome to work with. I will definitely return to this dealership when I purchase my next car.
Everything went well as far as the repairs. Only thing would be is to be a little.more carful making sure not to step on side rail of car or is foot to open door as I had to clean both after picking up car. David was great and I liked the texting communication as it was.veru helpful as I'm trying to work and can't be talking on phone alot.
Began hearing hig pitched noise. Took car immediately to Capital Service Dept. Ty Williams heard the noise as I entered the service area. He said he couuld have a technician look at it. In less than 1/2 hour the car was ready. Shim kit was not seated because a rock was lodged in side.Rock and other debris removed. Problem solved. Ty was very courteous.
I've had only good experiences with this dealership and service center, from buying to servicing. When I needed some minor servicing after purchasing my vehicle, they were great about it and very efficient in taking care of the adjustment needed. The vehicle has been great, and I'm glad I purchased it here.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Mutsa was our salesperson, she was knowledgeable, kind, considerate, thoughtful and most importantly honest! She went above and beyond to make sure we were thoroughly satisfied with our purchase. Service was fine..Called 2xs to get it serviced before I actually got it in..told the service dept was booked up..I needed to make appointment..my schedule didn't allow me to do that cause I wasn't on a set schedule..the younger guy that answered the last call was very pleasant and got me in..many thanks
I'm a latecomer to Welford Harris because my dealership went out of business. They have been extremely helpful in helping me take care of my vehicle. The staff is friendly and courteous and knowledgeable.
Philip was the absolute best, would come in at whatever time to ensure your questions or concerns about a car were met and answered. I recommend this dealership to all that are out there looking for a used car. These guys will go above and beyond to satisfy the deal to ensure the customer is happy.
They were excellent. They opened up on a Saturday for me to get the car i wanted and i appreciate everything they did for me.
