My daughter and I were looking for a used Subaru. The salesperson came out immediately (which is something you don't get at times especially when its 2 women looking at cars). Salesman was very nice, took the car for a test drive and then they gave us a quote. We told him we would be buying a car within a week and had other places to look at. We ended up buying a car from another dealer because it was in better shape. No follow up from the salesperson.
Our son purchased a used Mazda3 since his first one was in an accident. Our salesman Joseph Opperman was a pleasure to work with. We were very up front with him and did not feel there was pressure to buy something other than what we wanted. The Carfax and website pictures were very helpful and accurate. We ended up spending a lot of time here, but it was because we weren't completely prepared. The gentleman who helped us, Ian, was an excellent salesman. He didn't push or rush us for any reason, and he was incredibly patient while gathered everything that we needed. We ended up driving away in with a new car and paying what we had in mind when we walked in. If you're looking for a new car and don't want the pressure of a greedy salesman I would highly recommend this dealership.
My experience with Conicelli Hyundai was a great one. From Timothy Smith (GM) to Tim Mhay (Sales Consultant) to Juan Pelegrin (Finance Manager), I felt comfortable with every step of the process and it was a smooth experience. Each employee was professional and also socially welcoming. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.

I arranged the deal for my 2018 Forester on-line as I live 7 hours away in West Virginia. I first found the vehicle I wanted and was then swept away by the ease with which the deal was made...and it was a GREAT deal or I wouldn't have traveled 7 hours and paid for a motel and rental car to take ownership. My salesperson, David Saint, did everything I would try to do for my customers if I had his job. The general manager introduced himself to me and asked if there was anything he could do; he also gave me a dealership gift. My experiences at other dealerships have not been this pleasant. I was made to feel that I am more important than my money and I like that very much.
