Made first contact on line. Everything went smoothly. No dickering over price. Well in line with kbb???s price. The whole process took less than 3 hours from entering the door to driving out in my new Sonata. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
This place is great. Chris is knowledgeable and genuinely friendly guy, without being overbearing. He was quick to help out in any way he could and was patient with our numerous questions. I would recomend this sales team to anyone.

My brakes gave out on my 16-year-old Forester as I was leaving town and heading home--I was in Pittsburgh visiting my mother. I had been toying with the idea of buying a new Subaru, and the repair bill was what tipped me to making the purchase. At first no one would pay attention to me when I went down to the showroom, so I was watching TV and planning my car future when Greg Johnston came into the room to deliver keys to a new buyer and I engaged him in conversation. He was friendly and offered to help me then and there--even though it was near closing. I never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything to me about the different models of Crosstrek. I came back Saturday morning and drove a new car home. I love it. Greg made the experience stress free. He had a sense of humor (even when I sort of gave him a hard time). Everything about the car was explained to me and I am planning on going back for a refresher course this week. Going from a 16 year old car to a brand new one is like going from a model T to a spaceship--and I'm no spring chicken! All salespeople should be as attentive and easy-going as Greg. I hope he's there in 16 years when I may be in the market for a new car. Until then, I can only refer my friends and family to him.

The whole experience with #1 Cochran Hyundai was extremely positive. Gabe McNeal was helpful and professional from the moment my family and I walked through the door. He was happy to answer any questions and make any accommodations needed, even outside of working hours. He did an excellent job matching what I needed and wanted with what was available. He is a great asset for the dealership to have, and I will certainly be back to purchase my next car with him. The car was spotless when I picked it up as well. The detailing crew did a great job getting it ready. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish.
I started my day by visiting two car dealerships looking for a specific car. The first dealership was not helpful at all, and the second one attempted to sell me a car with less options, more cosmetic damage, for more money. I called Elite and spoke with Jay from the lot of dealer two. He drew up some numbers and made it compelling enough to take the 1.25 hour trip. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and I could tell it was an honest place to do business. The car was just as described on the phone: clean as a whistle inside and out, drove and rode smooth, priced lower than anyone else and had more options! I wasn't planning on buying today but the experience just made it way too hard to head home. I loved every minute of my experience at Elite motors! Thank you Elite and Jay!
I have been dealing with #1 Cochran Hyundai of South Hills for the past 13 years since I bought my 2005 Elantra. The car was the best I had ever owned for reliability and minimal maintenance. The service department - Mark, Scott and Jordan - always did a great job identifying problems and keeping the car on the road. This past week the car developed problems which no longer made it cost efficient. Not only was $2300 an unexpected expense for a 2005 vehicle but also purchasing another vehicle was not part of the budget plan.
Your team turned a potentially stressful and overwhelming problem into a very positive experience. Gabe, my sales person, was outstanding. What immediately impressed me was the personal interest he took in my situation. He spent the time explaining the options and prices for leasing vs. buying and worked diligently to find a car that best fit my needs and circumstances. Eronn, the manager, made any necessary concessions and adjustments to finalize the deal for me. And Josh brought it altogether painlessly on the financial end.

Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.
Mitch was very helpful and provided all information I requested. In my opinion he went beyond expectations since I had not bought a new car in over 13 years. In addition he was very patient and paid attention to all my questions.
Jay was a pleasure to work with. He was respectful, responsive, informative and helpful. The management was also helpful with the car buying process.
