The best salesmen and service crew. They all really took the time to listened to what I wanted. Lamar was excellent and was never a pushy salesmen. He followed up with me even when I didn't buy a car on the first appointment. They went above and beyond what any dealership has ever done. Truly genuine people there and freest customer service.
The entire team - from sales to service has always been polite, informative, and willing to go the extra mile. That makes a big difference to me in where I shop. I bought my previous car from Fuccillo and had no qualms about buying another from them.
Review of Service--Recalls were done, and other work was suggested but discussed with me before proceeding. The work that was done was reasonably priced. Service was fast, enabling me to wait while it was being done.

10/9/18 Buying experience of my used 2012 Chevy Silverado truck was pleasant. Had to call 2 days later with a dealer warranty repair for broken manifold bolt. Even though I bought a used vehicle and not a new one, I thought I was going to be thought of as a low priority. When I called, the Service Dept person (Dale I think) was extremely pleasant and showed me the utmost courtesy. He scheduled my service for the following week and it was taken care of as scheduled. My experience with both the salesman (Chris Banning) as well as the Service Dept was absolutely superb. The quality of the service work was performed with high quality. I definitely am an extremely satisfied customer all the way around. Thanks again!

I bought my 2012 Elantra at this location. Very easy process. I have serviced my car there the entire time. I love the service center and the people that work there. Always friendly, very honest and straight forward in our conversations. I recently took my car in for service and asked to get the interior detailed (without an appointment). Well when I opened my car door I though I had picked the wrong car. It looked brand new!! Great job Detail Department!! Highly recommend.
