There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2026 Hyundai VENUE review
The Venue is a fantastic small car, perfect for driving around town. It's easy to park, maneuver, and drive. It has great visibility, without big blind spots. It's very comfortable and drives very, very well - far better than I expected for its price. My 6'2" husband fits in it easily, as driver or as passenger. It has quite decent power, and it accelerates faster than our old Honda Civic did. It has great storage capacity for its size, and I love the two-tone styling on the SEL model I bought. It's not a luxury car. It is small, the interior is basic, and there are certainly cars available with more horsepower. Nonetheless, it is an absolutely fabulous car for its size price - I truly don't understand why I don't see more of these on the road! I LOVE my new Hyundai Venue!

What a fantastic experience. Alex Corzo called me in the morning, i told him what i was looking for, exactly where i stood on my trade, what i wanted as a trade in price at a realistic number and he simply said he would do what he could and get the ball rolling. Mind you i live in Little Rock and they are located in Rogers Ar almost 3,.5 hours away. Seriously within i guess about 1 hour or 1.5 hours he let me know the deal was worked out, they gave me exactly what i wanted and simply asked if i was happty with the deal and explained everything to me clearly. While i had waited on the deal to be worked out, he sent me a video of the car, very detailed in and out. We agreed that i like the deal and i was so excited i told him i would leave immediatley to head up there to get the car. Heres what made the deal so great, it was just straight up to make me happy and want to buy the car or as many people call it, Customer service. Landers toyota of little rock was hours of playing games , no return calls , failure to even try to work out a number that didnt appease the finance department or the numbers. NWA Toyota landers was just a breath of fresh air and so much relax and no stress ah so nice! Alex had the paperwork all ready for me, no waiting for 2 hours or more. Alex made sure i tested the car, made sure i was happy with the car, answered all question,he knew i drove 3 hours so let me unwind some and have a coffee. it was so relaxed, and then we went thru all the paper work ALL READY FOR ME Filled out .. woo hoo. i then waited prob 20 minutes for finance with Joseph, he was also so professional and kind and explained everything to me clearly. then boom 10 maybe 15 minutes later i was out the door in a clean, gas filled bmw. Thank you thank you for the incredible customer service and giving not only me but many people the faith back in the auto dealership, Landers Toyota little rock take notes!! i am so happy with my new whip,., and its purple....hahhah
2018 Hyundai TUCSON review
Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

2014 Hyundai Elantra GT review
2014 Elantra GT Manual 6 speed. 142k km. Only regular oil changes. No issues. Just changed "clutch kit" because clutch was not working at all sometimes, & slipping sometimes... turned out it was a broken spring on clutch plate. I am very happy with car. But I never had a clutch problem in my Life. I've had a standard Honda for 20 years, never a clutch problem. Cost was ~$1000 for new "clutch kit" replacement. Reasonable expense after 10 years. Overall, I am happy with 2nd hand purchase 8 years ago. Thanks.

2024 Hyundai ELANTRA review
Would recommend this car 100 percent to anyone looking for a mid-sized sedan. The only thing that could be changed is a little bit more headroom and I wish my car sat up higher similar to the way an SUV like a Tucson does.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

I have had zero issues with this car since I bought it in 2022. I only have one complaint that it has to do with a recall. The recall has to do with removing the wiring harness for the trailer hitch but the problem is, there is no replacement wiring harness.

I worked with Heron and he was a gem! Very thorough, not pushy at all, had excellent information about the vehicles. Helped me with the learning curve of owning a new car for the first time since 2006 when I bought my new Honda Pilot. I drove that for 20 years and loved it until an idiot rearended me at 55 mph while I sat still waiting for an accident ahead. Learning all thee new buttons and gadgets was a shock. Thank you, Heron!
2025 Hyundai ELANTRA review
We are very pleased with our purchase. This is our second Hyundai and part of our purchase decision was based on excellent warranty service on our first car. This Elantra has had excellent reliability and wonderful gas mileage. Comfortable with better performance than expected. The price range for purchase was just what we needed.

Thank you Raylynn for helping me with my new car! I have been driven a manual car for awhile and I really want something new. I saw 2027 Honda HR-V Sport online. Never had a Honda before so I got connected with the Fayetteville team on the website, and Raylynn reached out to talk to me. The whole process was so well thought through, from the phone call, to the car parked near the doorway so I wouldn’t get rained on, to explain everything about the car and its features. Now I want to comment on the finance manager, Marc Hopmann. He was all smiling until I said NO on optional packages. His energy shifted and it made me feel very uncomfortable even though I am the buyer here. I even texted my uncle to get his advise because it felt like I was making a wrong decision given his attitude. I even had some questions about the numbers because the sale price was different on paper before the rebate. The sales consultant showed me the sales price after the rebate. It should have been a simple answer but no. The finance manager said “I don’t know anything about that”. That is literally his job to know the contract. He didn’t even bother to look or explain my concern. I took out my phone and did my own calculations so that it made sense to me. At the end, he said you’re approved congrats - no smiling no handshakes nothing. I walked out of that room feeling like crap as a buyer. No one should feel like that when they try to finance a car. I hope the owner reads this and takes action. After I talked to Raylynn and she apologized even though it was not her fault and offered to help me link all of my phone and apps so it’s all ready for me to drive off the lot. Thank you for your thoroughness and patience through this whole process!! This 5 ⭐️ is for Raylynn.

I've been visiting this dealership fairly regularly since Crain bought the VW dealership. I regularly get my GTI and Beetle serviced there and I traded in my 2013 GTI for a 2016 GTI. Overall, I find the service department to be excellent in regards to taking care of my vehicles. They aren't cheap or fast, but they do it right and I'm willing to pay a premium for that fact. The experience of buying from them will likely vary depending upon which salesperson you get. Some are real car people and know the ins and outs of the brand, others there less so. When I bought my 2016, I met with the first available person, but when I mentioned some specific options that I wanted, the person clearly didn't know the VW shorthand that I was using, such as DCC. I walked out at that point. I then set up a meeting with Wes, who I knew had a great handle on the ins and outs of VW cars, and he took care of me. We ended up having a car brought in from KC and Crain matched the KC dealer's advertised sale price on the car, so I felt like I got a great deal and that they treated me fairly. I suspect that most dealers have a similar salesperson issue of some being into cars and others just into selling you something. Their new facilities are a huge improvement over the Rogers location and the temporary Springdale location. Unless something weird happens, I expect to buy my next GTI or T-Roc (VW send it to the US!) from Crain and I will head directly for Wes, if he is still there next year.
2024 Hyundai ELANTRA review
Elantra 2024 hybrid is a stylish, powerful, great on gas, and nice to drive on highway or around town. Seems durable so far, no issues.

2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

2025 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
I can't tell you how happy I am with this truck! In fact, out of all the new cars I've ever bought, this is my favorite. I wanted a truck, girlfriend wanted an SUV, then we found this and we both love it. Honestly, we were initially attracted to the styling -- it's a bad**s looking truck, and very unique. We love the way it drives, which is like a small performance SUV, and not at all truck-like. The interior is not plush, but very comfortable. The displays and controls aren't cluttered, with everything well designed and easy to find. It's packed with very useful features for an extremely reasonable price, and so far I haven't found anything I don't like.

I had purchased one in late December as a surprise for my son; It was a remote purchase made completely via email and phone with a dealership in Oregon. The second Elantra was also a surprise but for my daughter. I had high expectations that a local purchase should be even easier than the long-distance one. After a somewhat cold interaction at another dealership, I contacted Crain Fayetteville. Mike Wallace reached back out and was responsive, not pushy, helpful, friendly yet professional throughout the entire experience. Not only did Michael make it easy, he was honest and transparent regarding every step of the process. The handoff to Zachary (finance) went smoothly, and he too was a delight to work with. They were in on the surprise, so they helped me get the windows tinted before the pick-up. We drove in - she was surprised - Michael showed her all the features while I wrapped up paperwork with Zachary. They were thorough but quick; no delay tactics to try and upsell me.
