I have owned a 2004 Hyundai Sonata for the past 5+ years. So, when I decided to purchase another car, the Sonata made sense. This 2016 version has a great look, excellent gas mileage, a ton of interior room, and all the bells-and-whistles.
Eric and York were a great pair of sales staff to purchase our 2017 Outback. This is our second new Outback from Don Miller West and both experiences were simply top notch. It also says something special that we came back to Don Miller West and purchased the nearly identical car 6 1/2 years later. Same Dealer...same car. Reliable quality 360 degrees!

The Hyundai Sonata offers great reliability , comfort and performance. Outstanding touring car with great fuel economy, cannot beat the price. Highly recommended as a family car, rated high on the safety charts.
My salesperson was York Bleyer at Don Miller Subaru West. York was very knowledgeable about the features of both the Outback Limited and Touring as well as being very personable. I ultimately decided on the 2017 Subaru Outback Touring as it had all of the features I was looking for. He was very easy to work with and ask questions of. He kept in touch with me by phone and email after I picked up my car.

I lease the car from Lex, I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle, the car has had 3 gear boxes and still doesn’t work properly, today it got stuck in second as I entered a motorway. I’ve also been locked in the car with my family and I was locked out of the car with my 2 year old daughter stuck inside.
Hyundai have completely dismissed me.
I’m terrified that the car will catch fire and my family will be stuck inside the car.
We came in to test drive a Forester on a Friday and walked away with one the following Tuesday. Dennis was terrific to work with and fostered a no-pressure environment. We felt comfortable with the entire process and really appreciate how the experience went.

This car had tons of leg room. Definitely can fit 5people comfortably. Blu tooth capability is a great feature. Very smooth ride with easy gear shift

This car was meeting my needs but just went over 100000 miles and it is in shop with Motor issues beware. I only had it 3 and half years and still paying on it and now I don't even have a car to drive.
We had the pleasure of working with Darren Anderson on the purchase of our new vehicle. He was pleasant to work with, courteous and very knowledgeable. We felt we got a fair deal and he went out of his way to make us comfortable with our purchase. He spent a lot of time and patience explaining all the new technologies in the new vehicle and said he would help us with any future questions or concerns. I love the convenience features in this vehicle, and I'm still discovering new ones. The ride is good, and I feel safer in this vehicle than I did in my previous one. The styling is fantastic; I just love the look, and I'm always checking out other brands, but they can't compare. I never thought I'd buy a white vehicle, but when I saw this white Tucson, I was blown away - it looked to me like a sharp tuxedo, only white with black trim. Sharper than sharp!
They helped me find a car with everything I needed and wanted in my price range. John was extremely nice and answered all of my questions throughly and made I got a car that I loved.

This SUV never stops impressing me with the way it handles the weather & terrain that I drive it in & on . I have the Limited so it does a LOT of things others don’t . The headlights moving around the turns & up & down the hills helps me see much better then regular lights have on other cars . I’m handycaped so the comfort of the vehicle has surpassed my expectations. I Love this Tucson more everyday.
My overall buying experience was great. My salesperson, Darren Anderson, reached out to me unsolicited, to ask if I would like to trade in my old vehicle - I had been considering doing this but just hadn't taken the time to do it... Upon bringing in my vehicle, I received a much, much better trade in offer than from other dealerships in the area, as I did seek other quotes. No one came close to the offer Darren and Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside put together. Darren was very patient with me as I considered all of my options and ultimately went back to the drawing board to help find me the vehicle that had what I was looking for, but didn't have what I felt I didn't need. He followed up throughout the process and was flexible with taking my calls and fielding my questions. I appreciate the hard work he put into the overall experience.

It is a great car my girlfriend is the purchaser but I test drove it with her and I liked it too. The styling is very European.
I've never had a new car and I'm so excited to have my new 2018 Hyundai Sonata and John at Zimbrick made it easy and seamless from start to finish. He was awesome and I highly reccomend him to anybody in the market for a new or used car.

It has the space of a SUV but the style and comfort of a car .. It has AWD which is key with the New England winters
It also has Bluetooth for both hands free and streaming
My sales agent, Dennis Riddle, certainly knows his product. He consulted with me and helped me select the perfect Subaru for my needs. Dennis has always responded quickly to all my inquiries. He also assisted my wife when she bought her Subaru three years ago.

We had been looking for an SUV that we could just slide in and out without much effort. We have had multiple joint replacements and it's not easy getting in and out of something low or high. This Tuscon is great for us! My husband researched a lot of SUV's on the market. Price, headroom, looks, safety, and the excellence ratings for the dealership are what sold us.
Best selection, best service, very friendly and courteous staff, wonderful clean showroom... went out of their way to make me happy, listen to my financial situation, was able to get me placed into a brand new vehicle for less than a used vehicle.. which was beyond amazing!! These guys are the best... I'm going back in a few months with my husband to get him a car as well.. We love love love the five stars we received all-around. Will be returning for sure.

2 engine replacements in less than year and a half

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
The work I had done I was told on my last visit would be about $150.00. I was billed $197.00. A little disappointed with that. My reset for my oil change wasn't done so I did that at home myself. Despite this I keep coming here for regular maintenance. I just feel it's the thing to do. I don't upset easily. All in all I've always had a good experience

I purchased this car 1 year ago, with only 60,000km on it. It now has just over 80,000km and has given me SO many problems. I’ve spent about 7000 fixing this car over the last year, doing everything from replacing the rear differential to replacing the struts to replacing the ball joints. I can’t seem to go a month without a hefty repair. I drive the car about an hour a day MAX and have hardly put any kilometers on and it’s still a piece of trash.
