My gripe is that when you have an appointment does it take 4 hours to complete? How long does it take if you walk in? I’m impressed with the video showing all of the filters and tread. Is there a day in the week that is less busy? I bought the maintenance plan from you and will continue to service my car with you. Just help me get in and out preferably about an hour an a half. The Q50 does well in many situations. Some models I test drove had exceptionally loud road noise for any car within a luxury marque. A bit perplexing.
