I have been leasing vehicles for 15 years and the experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett has been the best by far! From the front desk staff to the finance team, everyone is friendly, professional and they know what they???re doing.
I have been home for 20 minutes following the purchase of my 2016 Infiniti QX50 and had to make sure I submitted my feedback regarding my experience over the Last few weeks. Velko Tsvetanov was amazing- he made sure I felt as though my inquiries were of utmost importance and responded to each inquiry quickly. From sending videos to providing alternative options, Velko???s customer service was stellar. Going into it, we were both skeptical that the process would take a lot of our time and energy. We needed to do a test drive to do a full comparison of the vehicles we were considering and glad we did because Damir, our salesperson, was great. He was easy going, transparent and even mentioned some special pricing through my corporation that I wasn't aware of. He was honest and helpful throughout our decision process and made things move forward when we decided on a vehicle and a price. After that was done, he made sure the paperwork was lined up and there were no surprises. He helped to get us through financing as quickly as possible. A much better experience than we've had at other dealerships.
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
Certainly not the level of service you'd expect from any 'typical' dealership, but prices are decent if you're informed and very diligent. I used Arian after dismissing another agent who was abysmal, and Arian himself was great. If the they were in the 21st century (digital age) and provided some basic customer service and car preparation, the experience could easily have been 5 stars, but it was not. All cars are sold "as-is" with zero reconditioning or pointing out any defects (it's entirely up to you to inspect thoroughly and get a mechanic to inspect). Since I buy lots of cars and had confidence I could spot any issues and keep any typical "used car salesman" tactics at bay, I was fine buying through them for the slightly better price. If you don't have such familiarity or confidence in the process, then this is not the type of place for you.
The pre-owned vehicles are like brand new - I honestly cant tell a difference! Josh was my sales person and he really knows his cars! He was friendly, helpful and easy going, no pressure. I am really happy with my new car - It's the perfect fit for me! Thanks again for making my Birthday month even better!
We had an awesome experience with Christian, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased, overall experience was easy, a no pressure experience. Christian worked, negotiated for us; we had an "as perfect as you can have buying a car" experience.
We just bought a used Lexus and were lucky enough to work with Christian Puglisi! I found the car on-line and called the dealership and was connected with Christian. He answered all my questions about the car and I told him I was driving down from Chattanooga that afternoon. When I arrived he welcoming, had the car ready for showing, was gracious on the test drive and made the experience totally pleasant. I would recommend Christian for anyone who is purchasing a car in the Atlanta area
Beginning with the personnel at drop-off, all the way through the service experience, it's clear that Infiniti of N Atlanta makes service a priority. They are courteous and professional. They listened carefully to ensure that they understood what was needed, communicated well in keeping us posted in the repair process, and worked with us on the cost. We were provided a loaner car in the meantime. All of our maintenance and repairs are done here. It is always a positive experience. (Plus, they wash the vehicle!) Thanks to the entire team!

Vasile Colcer was fantastic to work with. He moved the process along but was relaxed and allowed me to learn about the vehicles I was interested in (Q50 and QX60) providing multiple test drives of each. He also worked flexibly with me using Text (vs. phone) but also via email, phone, etc. I think everyone got a great deal (I, He, dealership) and he continues to keep up with me since leasing the car. He even set me up for my first service. Ultimately got the Q50 and really enjoy it.
Had a great experience buying a Certified Pre-Owned Q50! Richard, Anthony and Derrick were all wonderful. They removed the tint and repaired a minor scratch in less than 24 hours in order for me to pick up the car the next day!

I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
