I was recently in the market for a mini convertible. The sales person and manager accomodated my interests and handled my inquiry responsively and professionally. While we ultimately decided against the car model, the dealer was excellent during the process. Highly recommended
We purchased a 2016 Murano in January, and their up front pricing was misleading at best. The price dropped while talking with the salesman, only to rise again because they forgot to tell us a key fob was missing, and that would cost $200.00. Our low mileage (33k) Honda trade in was also low balled. Love our Nissan, not so much this dealer.
I found the car that i wanted and did all of the paperwork to buy the car with me doing my own financing through my credit union. The deal in order to take delivery of the car they asked me to write out a check that they told me they would hold until the check arrived from the credit union (I was preapproved with the letter from the credit union stating this). this was Friday on Tuesday the check from the Credit Union arrived at the dealership and was signed for by their personnel and the same day they Deposited the check i wrote and cashed the check from the credit union. well i do not keep 13K in my checking account so needless to say the check was returned and i incurred an overdraft charge from my bank. I contacted my sales person and he said that they would make sure that i was reimbursed for their mistake i've contacted 2x and keep getting the same thing "yes we will reimburse you for that". its been over a month now and still have not seen a reimbursement check for 37.00 for the overdraft that was entirely their fault. so if doing your own financing beware of giving a check to cover the vehicle.
the buying process went great and the sales people were very friendly and they were even able to deliver my car to my home for me. I've bought 4 vehicles from walser automotive and this is the first problem that i have ever had with them. guess i might be looking at a different dealer if they can't follow through on what they say there going to do!!

Working with Taylor, at Luther INFINITI of Bloomington, was a pleasure. We stopped in one afternoon to test drive the new QX60. Taylor shared with us current used inventory on the lot, and the new vehicles available. Taylor explained all the options and the available purchase incentives. After a few days we returned and purchased a new 2018 QX60. The entire sale was seamless and trouble free. We hope to do business again some time down the road!
Have been customer for 25 years and never been disappointed . Have been treated like family and had the same associates to work with the whole time. Craig, Curt, and Rudy have been great to work with and all the other staff treat us great as well. From our first Infinity J30 to todays QX50 we have had almost no issues with any of their cars/suv's and would highly recommend the dealership and especially Craig and Curt to anyone looking to buy a terrific product.
Went in to find a car and Gil came out and helped me right away. Gil was very kind and helpful- Highly recommend!! He was patient when I was trying to figure out what type of car I was wanting and also test driving multiple vehicles. He knew his stuff but never felt pressured.
