Jeannie helped me to get another $4,000 for my trade in. She was very patient and kind and professional with her explanations. If I was a billionaire, I think I would buy a car from her every day. If you want a sports car, my Audi is available from Carmax and there is nothing wrong with it. It is beautiful, grey with a fantastic red interior. Real leather. Top trim level and looks brand new. The Lexus does not disappoint. I can get in and out OK and I drive much more sensibly.

I called to negotiate price because the car was a bit overpriced compared to a strikingly similar car on the market. I was told they don't haggle. A few days later the car went on sale and I grabbed it right away. I paid cash, which the other dealership was making really hard to do: no transfer, wait for cashier's check to clear before getting the car, etc. This dealer took a personal check (it cleared several days after getting the car). Good follow-up afterwards. My only complaint was the whole process took several hours. I had no financing to process so it would have been nice to go faster.
