Fun to drive only problem is the outdated infotainment system. i havent had any other issues with it. good if you know how to use the dual clutch

Great car, reliable like Lexus. Only the infotainment system is clitchy and unreliable. Frustrating never know when it’s going to work. Wish it had apple CarPlay. Also, expensive to maintain due to underlying German components.

All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

Its a great car - fun and dependable to drive. Some developmental areas: 1- visibility from side windows could be better- when turning to look for oncoming traffic. 2- needs another light or two in the trunk space 3- the Infiniti / Phone interface could be better - or could be switched to apple car play. Its seems pretty limited

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. I got my new Used Subaru Outback in 2 days. Brandon was a big help. The only problem was I was told my car was ready before my appointment to be there. Upon arrival, I still had to wait 2 to 3 hours because of paperwork. I realized on my way home, the car was never cleaned because there were crumbs under the driver's seat and there was still salt on the floorboard on the driver side that I had mentioned the day before and was told it would be taken care of. The front windshield still had some type of gunk on it. They still hadn't put gas in the car until I was ready to drive away.

This is a sharp, comfortable, fast, classy car that meets most of my needs. It's a real looker. The turbo engine can get you into a little trouble if your not watching your speed.
